As discussed over the phone yesterday we have sent two emails to notify you the carrier has ran into an issue attempting delivery on September 12th and was due to make another attempt until September 17th.
We can see the parcel was delivered successfully yesterday September 16th and we have tried to contact you via email and phone call to ensure you have received your parcel.

Do not purchase from here!
Bought 2 leads from here for my Lhasa Apsos. BOTH catches were broken within 4 weeks of purchasing.
The shop owner refused to believe that they were faulty and offered a £5 off voucher if I purchased again. Not likely!
This could have resulted in my dogs getting on to the busy road where we live & walk as we still had the lead in our hand!

Beautiful designs, poor quality…
Bought a beautiful collar and matching lead but unfortunately after 8 months, the metal broke down on the lead (and my dog got free but fortunately this meant he was running loose around pets at home thank goodness). I have contacted for dog lovers and have been advised that no lead is indestructible and they are sorry for my ‘accident’. I have been offered 20% off purchasing another lead. Will be checking this with citizens advice because I think 8 months for a lead is not a reasonable amount of time that one can expect it to last before it breaks. Ps I have a cavalier mind Charles spaniel so hardly a huge dog which is pulling the lead. It’s the material which is weak but no acknowledgement from at dog lovers.
