I purchased a Cathedral Moissanite Engagement Ring and wedding set with a 1.5 ct center stone from Forever Moissanite. The center stone cracked completely through during normal wear.
I have attempted multiple times to contact the company regarding a warranty claim and have not received a response.
I am requesting that the company review this issue and respond regarding warranty coverage, as this appears to be a structural failure rather than damage from misuse. The company website states that a response will occur within two business days. It has now been over three weeks. This ring looks bad on my wife's hand. I need to resolve this.
I will update this review if the company resolves the issue.

I ask for help. The setting on my new ring is not correct. The setting is petite not like the picture. I ask for replacement and lost all contact

The engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous. It is even more beautiful in person. We also love the matching wedding band we purchased. Overall, really love the products, and they have great customer service. The only thing I would say is to improve communication on delivery timelines. In our case, we also had an issue with Fed Ex being very late in delivering even once Forever Moissanite sent us the tracking information.

This company was great !! I love my ring. I highly recommend them.

Easy to order and exactly how it appears in person

Always quick with replies. I ordered a rose gold Flat Edged Solitaire Cathedral Style Moissanite Engagement Ring and it is beautiful. A year later and I still get compliments on it every day!

Great customer service, fast shipping and great quality ring for my wife on our 10th wedding anniversary.

Had a custom ring made for my girlfriend’s birthday. The ring is stunning, the process was easy and customer support very helpful.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - UPDATE:
Since my original review post, the merchant issued a partial refund (minus the shipping cost) 2 days after reading my original post. How ironic. I waited over 30 days for a refund, contacted them several times, and only after leaving a negative review did I receive a partial refund. Then they “flagged” my review as containing false content. My opinion and review still stands, this merchant is dishonest because it didn’t follow its published policy. In my opinion, the ring was very low quality and was sized wrong. The website says returns accepted with no questions asked, however when I initiated my return, I was bombarded with several questions as to why I wanted to return the item. I was told on two (2) separate occasions that a refund was issued, but was not received (until my review post). My credit card company initiated an investigation and concluded I was due a refund after looking at all the facts and documents. This merchant has a published policy, and don’t follow it, that is dishonest and a scam, in my opinion. Buyer BEWARE! I have all the documents (emails and shipping labels) to back up the facts in this review.

Wonderful second wedding band received! Always great quality and service

Ring size looked nothing like what was advertised. I was charged 80.00 to send it back, even though the company claimed free returns if not satisfied. After I returned it, they told me they could have made it larger to match the advertised picture!

I'd give -10 if i could. Ordered the ring, it came in double the time because it got held up in customs. Then the ring came and it was missing stones. Come to find out from a jeweler that the ring was cracked in the metal! Broken!! What? Horrible craftsmanship! We go to return the ring and that took a minute to get the money back. NOW we get a bill for customs-- over $500!! lmaooo we won't be paying. Horrible company. Horrible merchandise. Buyer beware. Luckily, we found a better ring at a store close to home. Do not buy from this sham of a company.

Poor communication on forever moizinite

I’m updating my original review to share that Forever Moissanite has still not resolved my issue, despite their ring being advertised with a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects.

Recap:
I purchased an engagement ring a few years ago. Within the first year, a side stone fell out — Forever Moissanite repaired it at that time and re-plated the band in rhodium. Now, the same stone has fallen out again, proving a clear design flaw. The band is also severely discolored despite normal daily wear and proper care.

I reached out to the company multiple times since February 2025 with no reply until I left a 1-star review. They finally responded but refused to stand by their warranty, blaming us for “heavy wear” and “harsh chemicals” — a claim that a local professional jeweler strongly disputed after inspecting the ring. The jeweler confirmed the ring is poorly made, too thin to support the stones properly, and said they would never design it this way.

Forever Moissanite has now stopped responding altogether. They want me to pay $300 to send the ring back for a simple rhodium re-plate — something any local jeweler can do for under $100 — while ignoring the real issue, which is the defective setting and repeated stone loss.

This ring was supposed to symbolize our marriage and cost thousands of dollars — yet my wife is now wearing a $20 replacement ring from Amazon because the original is unwearable.

Be aware: If you buy from Forever Moissanite, they may not honor their “lifetime warranty” if you run into real problems. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

I placed my order on 5/30 and I still don’t have it. The FedEx is still not delivered and they say they ship 2-day, not mine. Not happy! I have called customer service and they don’t answer they give a recorded message to say leave a message or send email. This is not good business and a big disappointment!

7/3/25 Update…To make matters worse, Never received my order and decided to cancel, they said ok and would cancel and fully refund. They did but somehow FedEx still tried to deliver and ended up doing a return to sender and I now have an invoice from FedEx for $167!! I have called and sent several emails to try and get answers on this and guess what, no response thus far!! I hate this company, stay away!!

Quality and professionalism

The ring is gorgeous. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the clarity and brilliance of the stone is breathtaking.

Initially, we did have problems with the ring being held up at customs, FedEx wasn’t helpful. Ultimately Forever Moissanite helped us get it through.

The moissanite semi-mount ring I purchased is very nice. To be honest though, the pictures on the website make the rings and stones appear bigger than they actually are. I was disappointed in the size of the moissanite stones.
