Updating this review from 1 to 5 stars because the team responded right away to my concern. It was all a misunderstanding. The ring is back on my wife's finger and she couldn't be happier. Thank you SO much to the Forever Moissanite team for helping sort all this out. I highly recommend Forever Moissanite given how quickly and professionally they handled this issue. We will be buying our wedding bands from them soon!

I purchased a beautiful engagement ring item #2395 May 31,2023. In Jan 2024, my wife noticed one of the small stones was missing in the band so we mailed it back for repair March 22, 2024. It was marked as delivered on April 9, 2024.

I have sent over 5 emails and called the company multiple times leaving voicemails. I even reached out on WhatsApp and still no update on when the ring will be repaired and returned to us. My wife is devastated because she really loved her ring and was reluctant to even send it for repair. At this point I’m worried it will never be returned to us and I feel terrible for insisting she allow me to send it off.

For jewelry that is so important a symbol in a person’s life they really need a better customer support department. I’m leaving this review because Trust pilot says they respond in less than 1 week- better than I’ve been able to achieve so far. If they contact us and give us an update I’ll update this review to a more positive one. To be continued…

Customer service was excellent with prompt responses to all my questions. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but my ring was worth the wait! Very beautiful and looks even better than my natural diamonds!
