My ring is absolutely stunning! It definitely met and exceeded my expectations for ordering jewelry online. I thought the pictures on the website were to good to be true, but my ring looks even better in person. It is an exceptional value for the cost. I am very picky about jewelry, since I worked for a jeweler in college, and can honesty say the quality of the workmanship is very high. Customer service was also wonderful to work with, and always responded very quickly. I upgraded by band to real diamonds, and they are very clean. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this experience, and would highly recommend this company. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

I had a tight deadline to get the ring I was looking for my now fiancé. I emailed the support team and within hours they replied back with a commitment to work with their production team and get the ring delivered in time.

Overall, they blew pass my expectations. The ring is more beautiful than what it looks like in the pictures. The quality is top notch, and my fiancé gets a compliment everywhere she goes, every day. We are TRULY HAPPY and will be purchasing from here again.

My fiancée and I picked out a beautiful engagement ring from Forever Moissanite, and I am in love with my ring! I love how the moissanite reflects little rainbows. We got a princess cut gem with a tulip head that I absolutely adore. We got the ring in a timely manner. Highly recommend Forever Moissanite!

Ring turned out exactly how I wanted! Truly amazing in person than the pictures but of course I know it was the perfect ring. The stone is so beautiful and I can’t wait to show the lady.

The ring did not look anything like the picture. It looked like I purchased it from the dollar store. It also appeared that it was a generic ring that they just welded pieces on it. The center stone had an I3 inclusion which might have happened during setting. Fortunately, they were good about letting me return the ring. However, there was a financial penalty and the customs cost was high. So this was overall expensive for nothing. I would recommend finding a local jeweler and designing your custom ring that way. You will probably get what you want and not have to communicate via email. This is a good concept but bad execution.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and the quick responses to our questions. Obviously this purchase was an engagement ring so we were super nervous during the shipment, but it arrived just when it was supposed to. The bridal set I ordered is perfect!! I went through the site and found the perfect ring. I ordered it and immediately got confirmation on my order, it was shipped out very quickly and I was notified when it was. My now fiancé absolutely loves the ring.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the shipping was. When I noticed it was coming from over seas I got nervous that it would not arrive in time, but I can honestly say it came in fast. In only 2-3 days it was at my door step. Now let me talk about the quality. I was shocked at the quality. I had seen reviews talking about how nice they are and stuff but when you actually get to see it in person it far exceeded what I could of hoped. Absolutely wonderful.
