This was my second purchase from this company! The first purchase was through Etsy, the second time was through the website. You can contact them throughout the entire process while they customize your jewelry and they are very responsive. You can message through Etsy or WhatsApp and if you purchase through the website you can also message through email, Instagram and WhatsApp. They have an expert team and Amy is always open to your ideas and again, very responsive and friendly. I recently upgraded from a 3.5 carat crushed ice moissanite with a hidden halo to a 4 carat lab diamond with hidden halo. The quality is outstanding and the diamond I received is breathtaking! The quality and craftsmanship of my last ring spoke for itself and that’s why I knew I was in good hands when I upgraded!

Amy always strives to create something truly unique. The results of her efforts are consistently stunning, and each time I’ve reached out for a custom piece, I've been thoroughly satisfied. She can source lab-grown diamonds and will work to bring your design ideas to life. Do keep in mind that the process can take some time, so please factor that in.

I purchased my ring back in December 2023 and absolutely loved it. In the very beginning of July I noticed the ring started to tarnish on the band. I contacted Amy and she advised she would fix it. I sent the ring back and unfortunately it was lost by DHL. I was devastated but Amy assured me she was making the same ring for me. I can’t say how grateful I am for Amy and her team for rectifying the situation. I will be a returning customer for life after she showed how trustworthy she is and how much she cares. Her work is also absolutely beautiful and the quality is unmatched. I highly recommend this jeweler!

I have been a customer at Forever for Love since 2020. I have made multiple orders during that time, recently a beautiful diamond necklace. I wear most of my jewelry every day. The customer service is very responsive and very service oriented. Even though I have been a bit of a tricky client sometimes (changing my mind, etc), it has never been an issue. The only time I had issues with an order it has been quickly resolved and taken care of. I am very happy with my purchase!

Where do I start?

Please save yourself the heartache and headache that I've been through and continue to experience with this company and "Amy." I've now read numerous identical reviews and experiences on Reddit and Google, mirroring my own with this company. So, I'm here to simply say: please do your thorough research about the quality of the rings that "Amy" produces. Like others have reported, stones from my ring fell out within less than 12 months. You're then ignored, and when you chase them and expose the issue, "Amy" is extremely rude and blocks you. Not to mention the strange communication style she adopts.

For most of us, this piece of jewellry represents one of the best moments and occasions of our lives. Don't let that moment be tainted by not having a ring at all or having to wear a 'new' ring with missing stones before you've even reached your first wedding anniversary!

My experience was great. They sourced diamonds for me and gave me multiple options to choose from. Then we customized the ring and I got it in a timely manner. The engagement ring gets the most compliments of any ring i’ve seen. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want a cookie cutter ring and would prefer something unique.

I was hesitant at first with ordering such an expensive thing online, but after reading many reviews on Etsy, Reddit and reaching out to other customers, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Amy and get started.
One thing people have to understand is Amy is a small business owner. She is also a mom and a person outside of her business. Does it take time to get your custom order? For sure. Is it worth the time? ABSOLUTELY. I have recommended (and become a walking billboard for Amy) ForeverForLove and I will continue to do so!

I’ve purchased multiple items over the course of three years with Amy. My most favorite is a ten year anniversary upgrade. My stone was amazingly clear and sparkles wonderfully. Every item was delivered in wonderful packaging and exceeded my expectations. My items are holding up well with no issues! I highly recommend this shop for customization of special projects; especially engagement rings and wedding sets. Although my wait time was a bit more than traditional brick and mortar store shopping, the wait was definitely worth it in the end!
