after having trouble with the app I contacted customer services who have been absolutley fantastic.My last two kitchens were wren kitchens and we are currently looking to move and can say we will be buying our third one from wren.well done

Wren hires aggressive and unprofessional contractors to carry out its kitchen measurements. I had an appointment booked for 4pm. On the morning of the appointment, the person coming to measure the kitchen called and repeatedly asked if he could come earlier. I explained that I was busy until 4pm and that he should not arrive before then and come at the agreed time. He agreed, although he sounded unhappy about it.

Then, one hour before the appointment, he called again, but I missed the call because I was in a meeting. Despite this, he arrived at the property 30 minutes early. We let him in which was a big mistake and told him to wait, but instead he began measuring the kitchen while I was still in the meeting.

It was unbelievably unprofessional, and the whole incident was recorded as well. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to stay well away from this business.

Customer service was very helpful and very efficient in helping me with replacement doors. Could not fault them.

The WORST experience I have ever been through. Made it into a complete kitchen disaster with incompetency from the beginning. From ordering the cabinets in a different colour to what I asked for (didn't even notice this as I was heavily pregnant and had asked for the colour I wanted so why would you think you'd be sold something else) to the fitting being so far from straight and both sinks leaking due to poor fitting. I had them back to rectify repeatedly and when going to the area manager he said just put up with it. Upon telling them to come and get their kitchen and give us our money back they then 'fixed' the problems (the cupboards were mounted so high the extractor fan didn't fit and my 6"3 husband couldn't reach the back of the cupboards). I had to put post it notes on everything wrong as the 'fitter' couldn't see the wonky cupboards and hole he put in the wall. If you want to waste your money just blend it don't bother with this absolute cowboy of a company. Pictures also exist of all of it

Previously complained to Wren about the quality of their J-Pull doors and no positive action taken by them and we were told it’s how we use our kitchen? Doors are chipped, which never happened to our previous kitchens and which were cheaper than Wren. Our kitchen doors began chipping less than a year after purchasing.
Avoid their J-Pull.

I opened the box containing our replacement sink for our existing faulty sink only to find that the replacement was severely damaged. Samuel was able and prepared to consider this situation on its merits and agreed to another replacement quickly and without any fuss. Perfect solution.

We recently had an issue with our kitchen order from Wren, where the cupboard doors arrived incorrectly. Initially, when we contacted customer service, we were told that nothing could be done, which was really disappointing and left us feeling quite stuck.

However, everything changed when we called back and were put through to Nick. From the moment he got involved, the experience was completely different. Nick went above and beyond to help us—he took ownership of the issue straight away, kept us fully informed throughout, and reached out directly to our designer to make sure everything was aligned.

What really stood out was how much he seemed to genuinely care about resolving the problem. He was clearly on our side, which made a huge difference during what had been a frustrating situation. Thanks to his effort and persistence, the issue was resolved much quicker than we expected, especially when we weren’t even sure it would be possible.

Nick’s support has significantly increased our confidence in Wren, and we’re very grateful for the level of service he provided. He is a real credit to the team!

Good service but a long wait to connect to advisor

The fitters where very helpful, and did a wonderful job fitting my worktops. They took every care to make sure nothing was disturbed.
The kitchen looks almost finished now.

Whilst most of the staff at Wren Kitchens (Kirkcaldy) are fine I would advise you use an independent joiner to fit your kitchen. We had a terrible time with a fitter/joiner they recommended. I have already spoken to Wren about the fact we were over charged for plastering half a room , the fact that the door frame was left with small holes all around it. The electric cert we paid for took ages to get even though we had paid up front for this , trusting them because Wren recommended them.

Very polite. Got to work as soon as he came.
