Mark and his team go above and beyond excellence in customer service. The mattresses are all excellent quality with a lot of interesting diversity (different materials and price points). We spent hours learning and trying out mattresses in the store, and we love the one we bought. There is a generous 100 day trial period and fantastic follow through from the team post purchase. We're a lifetime customer!

From first walking into the store and being warmly greeted, to a knowledgeable sales person, a prompt call back from the store's owner to answer a question and the on-time delivery and installation of the mattress today, the process was seamless and extremely pleasant. What I liked about going to Urban mattress was I walked an the sales clerk did not confront me as soon as I walked in the door he let me browse a little then he came up and asked if he could help. He was very helpful and I appreciated it and it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

Delivery was on time and the team was very polite.
