We had an excellent mattress buying experience. We went into purchase a bed for my youngest child, and ended up getting a bed for each of our children, with the intention of upgrading for my husband and I within the next couple years. We love that the mattresses are locally made, and we feel like the reduction in carbon impact and environmental impact overall is huge. Plus, they are extremely comfortable with amazing sales people. Could not recommend urban mattress more highly!

Everything went as scheduled. Comfortable beds.

Delivery was on scheduled day and at the beginning of delivery window. So far, mattress has been very comfortable.

Phenomenal! Mark and Dillon are both stand-up people, i cannot recommend them highly enough. They were quick and efficient moving our mattress in and setting it up.

Also, tip these guys! Mattresses aren't light and they worked really hard to get everything right for us.

Joel was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. An enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish . The bottom line is the bed/mattress exceeded our expectations

Sales personalities at Fort Collins, CO store were exceptional. Very patient and knowledgeable. Delivery people were exceptional as well.

The sales guy welcomed us to the store. He showed us several beds and politely answered all our questions. We purchased a king mattress, box springs and frame that day. It was delivered to our home outside of Glen Haven at no charge about a month later. The delivery guys were polite and friendly. They quickly assembled the frame and set up the bed in our second floor bedroom. We like the 100 day trial that they have to make sure that the bed we purchased is a good fit for us. I read all the reviews from several stores that carry beds beforestoppingin this store. I love that this is a local company and selected this store because of all it's great reviews. We are not disappointed with our decision. I only wish the delivery guys would have told me they would take our old mattress so we didn't have to worry about what to do with it.

We are lucky to have this store! What’s not to like?

And the Uptown mattress is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on.

I've had good luck with Urban Mattress in the past and love their product. The sales transaction was hassle-free. However, I was told that the mattress would arrive two weeks after the purchase and it's been three weeks now and I haven't been contacted or received the mattress. I did call a week ago and was told that the mattress was on back order and should be here this week. The lack of communication is frustrating.

So, I can't comment on the quality of the delivery or the mattress because I'm still waiting for it.

I greatly appreciated that they called ahead 30 minutes before arriving and were prompt, courteous and kind when they did arrive.
The delivery crew insured they cleaned up behind themselves and clearly explained every step of the way.
When they did run into a problem they explained what they could do and instructed me to contact the store.
Thank you very much for a job well done.

The salesperson at the mattress store was friendly, informative, but not pushy (he actually suggested a less expensive mattress than the one I had been looking at because he thought it was better suited for my preferences). The delivery was fast, easy, and very polite. And now, I am loving sleeping on my comfortable new mattress.

We first went to Mark Groutas at Urban Mattress for a new Queen mattress early in 2020, when ours caved in after 11 years. The ensuing guidance was undoubtedly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Really!
Mark worked closely with us as we chose, bought, then exchanged not one, but two mattresses which weren’t right for me (my husband slept quite serenely on both of them). He and his staff (which includes his son and daughter) were thoroughly knowledgeable, considerate of our needs and Mark in particular remained committed to our complete satisfaction. Urban Mattress is solidly our first choice.

A relatively enjoyable experience. Phil did an excellent job of benefits and availability.

I could not be happier with my mattress or my experience at Urban Mattress. Mark was excellent to work with and helped me find the mattress I needed to finally have a comfortable nights sleep. For the first time in a while, I’m excited to go to bed!

Great Mattress great shopping experience
Delivery was on time and done in ten minutes.

I really like the Mattress, but it took like 5 weeks to get everything delivered to me. I under stand that due to all the Covid stuff and it takes longer to get stuff but from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. Mark was very good, but the first delivery of the ergomotion frame left me wondering if I made the right decision to go with Urban Mattress.
the delivery people were kinda rude. leaving trash on the floor. the second delivery of the Mattress was better. but again they forgot the sheets and when I went to store the salesman only gave me on I had to remind him that it was a two for one deal. Also i though i was getting a head board attachment that Mark told me it was another Free deal.
So all in one the it was ok , Mattress and bed are great ,but sales and delivery people need to be more on the updated on what is being sent out to the customer.

Joel and Mark where great. Joel helped me pick out a mattress and the company uses superior materials so I am excited to replace my 13 yr old Tempurpedic. Went with the Bloom Camellia. Its nice to see and feel the mattress instead of relying of reviews on the internet to decide which gave me no real insight to help me make a good decision that was best suited for me.
