Equipment was of poor quality and rendered unusable within weeks of use in our business. Stands often stuck at certain height and knobs were cheap plastic that either fell out of snapped off.

If you want affordable photo equipment…
If you want affordable photo equipment within Australia, these guys are great.
They made a mistake with my order but rectified the issue with no added cost to me.
Yes I will buy from Fotogenic again if i need more photo equipment.

Value for money and great service.
I purchased some product photography equipment, it did the job and was great value for money. One of the bulbs arrived faulty and Fotogenic did send a replacement bulb at no charge. Delivery was quick. Would definitely would recommend Fotogenic if you are looking for value for money and great service.
