Excellent after sales service
I had a few follow up questions after I bought a Coral 15l water softener, mainly around how to take care of the discharge. The after sales service was absolutely fantastic. Every question I asked was answered swiftly and precisely, and I had quite a few questions. Top marks!

Good After-Sales Service
I have dealt with Fountain Softeners on-and-off over a period of eleven years, and I have always found their level of service to be very good. They are happy to give technical advice by phone or email, to supply spare parts and the service engineer that visited me went the extra mile to ensure my softener was set up just as I wanted it. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Block salt ordered for my softener
I ordered block salt for my softener, and found some of the bags delivered in cardboard boxes were torn.

Won't buy from nor get near they again
Won't buy from nor get near they again. Ordered a new softener on 22-Mar as replacement for an old one bought from them. Web site stated despatch within a few days. A week gone by and no delivery nor status update. Chased on web chat 3 times for delivery status update. Each time was promised an email update will follow but none ever received. Rang on 7-Apr to cancel order and was promised an email confirmation that never received. Rang again on 14-Apr to chase up on credit card refund. This time finally received an email confirming order cancelled and refund should be received by end of the week. Nothing appeared on credit card account and had to chase again today 23-Apr.

We are really sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not been positive. Whilst we always aim to get customer's orders to them within 3-5 working days, this is not always possible. Some of our water softeners are made to order by our suppliers, so we are reliant on them producing the softeners in a timely manner.
In relation to your refund, we apologise for the time this took to action, however we understand from our accounts team that this has now been resolved.
