Love my solar 3 tiered fountain. Great price, well made and easily put together. Packed extremely well and arrived safe with quick delivery in rural area. The sound of running water is so tranquil, and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely return as a customer.

Fastest shipping ever. I love that I can use it without the heat as it’s a great to just see as the fake flames give off a cosy warm feeling that is just brilliant. Highly recommend, and may even put in the bedroom when I get a real one as it’s so cosy to look at. Five stars

poor after sales support when things go wrong
I bought a fountain three months ago which I love, and recently purchased a solar panel kit from the same store. The solar panel arrived damaged. I contacted the seller straight away, sent video evidence twice across multiple channels, and followed up several times over the course of a week. Each time I was told I would hear back that same day and never did.
When I finally mentioned raising a dispute with my credit card provider, the seller claimed a refund had been issued. A week of no action, and suddenly a refund appears the moment I pushed back, except the money has not actually arrived. Still waiting.
If you run into any issues with an order here, do not expect a straightforward resolution. Based on other reviews I have seen, problems tend to get turned back on the customer and the owner seems to rather spend more time debating with their customers than actually addressing their problems.
To the owner from a business owner myself: your products are good but your after sales communication needs serious work. A customer should not have to chase you for a week with no clear update or resolution after they did what you asked for, it's disrespectful and very unprofessional. You may not feel the impact now with a steady flow of new customers, but poor service has a way of catching up eventually.

We sent the solar panel promptly and it was delivered within 4 days to WA. Broken panel was caused by poor handling by couriers services. I am glad that you are enjoying our fountain.
If you need a solar fountain, we have a wide range of items to choose from.
As for the lack of communications, you reported the matter on Friday and we got you a full refund on Monday.
Your refund was processed before you even mentioned a dispute or escalation. Sorry we could not have been of any further assistance.
