I am very sorry to hear that you had difficulty with registering for your Fox Pharma account. However, Fox Pharma is a completely separate part of the business and account registration is not something that Fox Insure are able to assist with, or have any control over.
As soon as the Fox Insure team were made aware of this issue, you were contacted and received help with creating your Fox Pharma account. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Made it an easy experience for a job very mundane. Made sure I had all the correct cover in place and very patient and knowledgeable on all the questions I had to ask about the policy, so i understood the wording.

Such a quick and easy process
Such a quick and easy process. Laura explained everything to me as we went along and put me completely at ease.
The policy was sorted within hours.
Laura was a pleasure to deal with, and I would 100% recommend fox pharma insurance.

Efficient service and beat my renewal quote by a long mile. Laura took me through my whole policy and each of my services, advising of services she thought I may have missed, which showed she had experience in this industry.
