The company sent out my order quickly and did a solid job of packaging. Furthermore, they contacted me to make sure I was satisfied. This company is legit and I would order from them again.

Company does not honor orders
I ordered 9 items on FragranceDealz and my credit card was processed. The next day I received an email saying I cancelled the order. I sent 3 emails back mentioning I never cancelled the order and they should proceed with processing it. I never got a response. Nobody answers the phone, and of course the mailbox is full. Still crickets after one week.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I did not receive my aftershave and despite 6 emails I have not had 1 simple reply. This is a scam. Do not buy from these people. They owe me $150.

Unfortunately, you pay for their mistakes
I ordered a product and they sent me the wrong one. When I contacted them they responded quickly and offered me a credit or refund back on the card that was charged. They did not refund the $8.75 shipping charge on the order. So, it cost me $8.75 to order from them and get nothing.
