I ordered the wrong size and reached out to Birdie Polos about exchanging the shirt for a larger size. They asked for a picture of the size and shirt which I sent and they immediately responded with fixing the situation. They sent a replacement shirt without any issues which I appreciate. Great doing business with them.

The shirt is exactly as shown and high quality. I did need some help from customer service and they were wonderful. Will be ordering from again!

Awesome customer service and willingness to correctly fix a problem

Easy to order, the fabric is soft and I love the fact that it stretches so much! I purchased it for my son and he has very large shoulders so I’m hoping it will fit him perfectly. I love the designs.
I have a boxer so he can wear it and giggle.

I ordered a size L for my husband instead of a M. I reached out to Birdiepolos and they were quick, friendly and helped me get the correct size. My husband loves the quality of the polo as he said it was breathable.

I received my Boxer sleeveless tank for myself and the polo for my husband came in and was too small. I reached out to the customer service team and they were amazing in getting a response back to me and sending out the correct size! We look so cute in our matching Boxer outfits on the golf course, the quality is nice and breathable and we got so many compliments!

I ordered a women’s size small polo. It was a little smaller than expected. I contacted support team through email and they were quick to respond and very helpful! I will definitely order from this company in the future. Fun designs and nice quality!

We ordered these shirts for a golf tournament a month in advance. The tournament is now days away. Two of us have received them, but they came in the wrong color which is problematic as the tournament is for breast and ovarian cancer awareness and the color was supposed to be teal - the color to represent ovarian cancer. One of our teammates shirts is still in San Fransisco and one is still in China according to tracking information. In addition, the shirts that have been received are ill fitting with large gaps under the arms. had we known they were coming from China we would have picked a different website. I would advise against ordering from this website.

I’m giving them a 2 for now. They don’t make tracking or the status of your order easy at all. It’s been a week and I have no idea the status of my order or any tracking info, a little nerve wracking.

Will never order anything from this company & will never recommend them to anyone. Wouldn’t accept return. They claim I ordered another shirt through follow up email ad. Don’t think I ordered additional shirt.

I ordered a shirt and it was too small. I requested an exchange for a larger size and they refused. I wish I would have checked this website prior to ordering. I have now seen other reviews with the same issue and they said they received an exchange, this can’t be true. They did offer 25% discount on another shirt. I only need one!

I placed my first bundle order & loved all three items! I made a mistake & ordered the wrong size shirt. My shirt was replaced in the correct size @ no additional cost & I was told to keep my other shirt. Now my husband & I have matching shirts for golf. Customer service was top notch. Thank you so much.

My Daughter has a French Bulldog, and gave me a shirt for my Birthday. So cute ! Looks just like her dog. Loved the material, however she ordered the wrong size. I emailed the Customer service team at BirdiePolos, and they took care of it. No hassles. Would recommend them.

I recently ordered a ladies polo shirt from Birdiepolos. When it arrived it was a bit too small - fyi for future customers, order a size larger than you normally wear.

I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and shipped me a replacement shirt one size larger. I have it now and I really like it. And I get a lot of compliments on the adorable cats pattern.

Horrible customer service. Shipping said it was delivered and was not. Told to talk to UPS cause they won’t do anything.
