The aftershave and all that was spot on but the spray bottle it was in started leaked after having it for about a day , very disappointed

First time I have used Fragrance…
First time I have used Fragrance Fractions. I've used some of the similar sampling/decanting services before and will choose whichever has in the fragrance I want, at a reasonable price. This time Fragrance Fractions did. I was delighted with the experience. The samples are great and the service was speedy. I'll be happy to use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people!

Perfumes are 100% genuine
Perfumes are 100% genuine. Slight overlook by the company as I ordered a bunch and one of them came in smaller capacity, 1ml instead of 2ml but will probably order again in the future. I’d recommend.

Very happy
I was looking to try out some fragrances before buying a full bottle. The Fragrance Fractions website is easy to use and made it easy to select which products I wanted to buy. The order arrived quickly and packaged well. I am very happy with my experience.

Faulty product.
This doesn't smell like anything like Tom Ford Beau De Jour, as I have received from you in the past. And the atomiser is faulty — when depressed it just leaks out of the top of the vile. Very disappointing. A refund would be great. Thanks. Mike.
UPDATE: No refund offered. Generally combative attitude. I've walked away from these jokers. I advise that you do the same.

We'd appreciate if you'd contact us in the first instance before placing a review, as a damaged atomizer is an easily resolved issue, and there seems to be some confusion rather than anything illegitmate happening.
You mention the item is different to what we've provided previously, but this appears to be your first order from us. It's possible that what you've purchased elsewhere is the Private Blend Beau de Jour, which is different from the Signature Collection version we currently offer. We realise using identical names for different fragrances is needlessly confusing but unfortunately that's out of our control, we try to be as specific as possible in our product descriptions to alleviate this.

First time ordering from FF. Ordered late on Tuesday and they arrived this morning. Well packaged and nicely labelled. Aftershaves smell great.

The customer is never right
Firstly my parcel was delivered weeks late. On delivery, all my samples were delivered empty with the parcel fragrant suggesting they spilled but no signs of physical damage. Fragrance fractions refused to replace or refund suggesting I send them the empty capsules first. They want me to take time out of my busy schedule and pay postage to replace 5ml and 1ml samples that arrived empty. Will be using another company going forward

Returning faulty products is standard practice for any online business. We can't send you more just because you claim all three in different sizes coincidentally arrived empty, and you can only provide a picture of one of the three.
Regardless of this, and as we've stated several times, a return remains open to you, and if found faulty postage will be covered and all items replaced.
