Love the way the website is set up, have picked up many of my past favourites.

Very responsive when enquiring about fragrances, have requested if they will be able to stock more perfumes in the future, i do look forward to that.

As a fragrance enthusiast i really am happy I've found a way to enjoy small samples, whenever i am on the move.

FAKE fragrances being sold as legitimate branded goods.

No real returns tab on website, have to email requesting to open a returns case, still NO reply.

If you want a dodgy smell alike there are dozens available at a price you'd expect for a fake, these guys are selling fakes at pretty much Retail prices, using the real branded images on the website, that DO NOT reflect what you receive.

All in all a SCAM.

Not a genuine product. I have used the original product for a year or so, this smells very different.

Unable to return as the returns policy is that you can only return if the seal hasn't been broken.

Take note peeps, if you know the original scent well, dont risk buying a decanted version.

I appreciate the company a lot for your quick and helpful customer service when my first package got lost through the royal mail. I got the first package soon after due to a delay, but the replacement also arrived immediately.

The first one had a leaky container but since I had a replacement, there is nothing to complain about! Thank you for your excellent service, I will definitely visit again!

They send out authentic fragrances i have had mine tested at it was a perfect match down to the oil percentage. They are very quick to sending out the decanted fragrances and they are kind enough to send free samples. :)

Outstanding fragrance samples, the selection of samples i ordered were amazing. Went above and beyond as I requested a fragrance which was not listed and was provided this. I love that they have a lot of my old favourites in stock, tried and tested, bang on the money. Will recommend always. MP

I ordered a decant, unfortunately when sprayed i got a strong alcohol smell, then absolutely nothing. There was no smell, on my skin or fabric, and i sprayed on two different fabrics. I have an original sample of the scent I ordered from elsewhere to compare, and I knew immediately this decant is either not genuine, or watered down. I returned it and got my money back,the reason I was given was there can be differences between batches, however, in my 20 years of collecting perfume, and often repurchasing many over the years, ive never had such a difference between batches. I won't be coming back to buy more. You say you are perfume enthusiasts, well so am I, and I would never do that to anyone. Only thing you have going for you is fast posting, and it was packed well, and you refunded me, but you lack honesty.

Overall excellent service, lots of genuine fragrance samples to choose from. Have added loads to my collection, allows me to test before committing to a big bottle. Will be back again
