All components arrived as specified. They fit together nicely and are of sturdy construction. I've had the garden bed for less than a month and reserve the right to edit this review once I've been able to spend some time with it. So far so good though.

Was easy to order, packages arrived very fast, haven’t had a chance to put the garden box together yet - waiting on the snow to melt.

I cracked one of the brackets upon assembly. They are very sturdy, but I did not have the stake lined up properly.

2 sets of self watering tomato containers. All looked scratched, rough looking. Not good and disappointed.

The turnaround time on the order was remarkable. Ordered on a Sunday, had it on a Wednesday. Unfortunately it is still the "dead" of winter here in IL so I won't be able to constructively review the product at this time. I will say I received all promised discounts available at the time of purchase.

Everything arrived broken. I made the best of it by positioning the broken pieces against the ground but I don’t feel I got a got overall value.

I love our Frame It All raised beds. My husband and I have easily customized the size and shape of our beds to create our overall garden design, and we are gradually buying more Frame It All beds to replace old wooden beds. The composite beds are holding up well in our garden. Shipping was super fast, and customer service has always been responsive to any issues encountered.

Shipping to high 20 bucks for couple stakes.

My worm-it-all arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble, but the lid was missing. I had a bit of difficulty finding the customer service email (it was after business hours, too late to call) and ended up reporting the issue twice. The next day, I received an email from Kathy saying one ticket was cancelled and merged with the other one, but nothing about sending a lid. I think I’ll like it if I get the lid.

The kit(s) I ordered arrived quickly and well-organized, so that we could jump in and get to work. Once we built a new bed on one side of the yard, we ordered more to do the other side, because we were so pleased with the 1st results.
