I purchased 8 Frame It All beds from Home Depot a few years ago. They were not sold as ‘pieces missing’. Last year I set up 4 of the 8 without issue. This year I decided to set up the last 4. When I opened the boxes I realized only one of the 4 had all the pieces. So I contacted the company to see if they could send what was missing. I took pictures and sent them in to customer service. At first I was hopeful that I would be able to complete my beds but soon was informed that because I couldn’t verify my purchase I would have to buy the missing pieces. When everything was said and done I ended up spending nearly $150 for replacement pieces for a product I had already paid for. To me a company is all about customer service. This one failed miserably.

This is exactly what our playground needed to make it feel complete. Easy to install and love the low maintenance of it! The kids should enjoy this for years.

Was looking for a raised bed but didn't want the standard square/round shapes. I had been looking at building something with stones, but I'm so glad I found this Versailles shape instead since it looks a bit like a butterfly and I'm putting in a primarily butterfly garden. Just planted things over the weekend, but I had fun with red flowers on top, white in the middle, and then purple/blue on the bottom. Can't wait for a few weeks when it all starts to fill in. I've already had quite a few people stop to admire it and ask where I got it and what it's made of.

Putting it together wasn't difficult (no tools needed except to pound the stakes into the ground), but it took me a while to get the hang of it- definitely a learning curve. Don't pound the stakes deep into the ground until you have all the tiers together and the stakes just on top of the ground holding them in position. If some of it is just a tiny bit off or tilted, it's a game to adjust. Helpful to have a rubber mallet to put the plugs in since my fingers got tired of pushing them in.

I got the 2" thick and am happy with that, though I'm not sure how sturdy the 1" is either. I put on 2 bottom tiers, then a middle and top, so I wanted to make sure it was very sturdy.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast and free. Once this garden gets established, I'll definitely be ordering another shape for another section of my yard. Highly recommend.

I ordered 64' of 2" and the delivery was fine. Then on Fathers day I get an email for 40% off and when I went to order more, it was the same price as what I previously ordered. Where's my 40% discount for Fathers day?

Third purchase, same item as prior purchase, the product has changed, photo has not. Kept them, great product I notice the difference but eh~ Love this place

It arrived defective. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered several raised bed products in different configurations. The order came promptly, the product was securely packaged, and the materials were well made and easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble but a couple issues. Need to add (in bold type) to be consistent when assembling the hinges. Be sure the board side (concave or convex) and the hinge placement is exactly same every time. (I learned the hard way!) Otherwise you run into a problem. Think you should encourage the bed to be lined. My soil leaks out at the bottom and a little bit where the boards interlock. Customer Service was very prompt to send me a hinge replacement that was cracked.

Great product. Fast shipping. The only fustrating part of the experience is that the shipment came over multiple days instead one one day. I'd rather it came later as one shipment. Also, luckily we are smart intelligent people, but it might be nice to include instructions on ow to shorten boards for those who may not have a clue.

Product is excellent and very good quality. Very easy to assemble and install. Will be ordering more as need arises.

The only negative is it takes way too long to get an answer from Customer Service reps. Also, never get an answer on any posted phone numbers.

We are so pleased with our beautiful raised garden bed. It arrived very well packaged, was easy to assemble and it's very sturdy. The planter we chose was made of over 9 lbs of recycled plastic! That's nearly 500 single-use water bottles out of our oceans.

My mother in law wanted planters for her yard and my wife found this company in her search. They were delivered quickly and she's very happy with them.

Lightning fast shipping, and a beautiful, sturdy product. It was a quick and easy install and now I just have to wait for the weather to warm up a bit more and garden season will be in full swing.

I bought 2 4X8 raised garden beds 4 levels high with a 2" profile. The quality of the materials seems very good and the design and engineering was great. I put both beds together in one day. I think these are sturdy enough and the materials are good enough for these to last 20 years. We shall see.
