Ordered two pairs of expensive sunglasses. Only one pair was delivered.

The size of the parcel that arrived was obviously only one pair, so I videoed opening it. Sure enough only one pair.

I politely contacted them and also sent them the video. I was told they’d look in to it.

That was 3 weeks ago, and now I’m getting the silent treatment.

Wasn’t until now that I read the reviews of this company - wish I’d read them before I ordered. 99% negative reviews.

This should be an open and shut case , especially with video evidence, but no, I’m now having to take legal action. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - you’ll be attracted to their cheap prices ( like I was) but the products are fake and service is non existent AVOID AT ALL COST

Avoid! Sent me totally the wrong glasses and they also turned out to be fake. They won't refund me.

How I wish, I had read these reviews before I wasted my hard earned money. Not only the Celine sunglasses I received were fake, they were damaged with Celine logo missing. After spending $561, I spent another $50 to send them back by express post, forget the refund, they don’t even collect them from their own P O Box. The phone no on their website is fake too. Such an awful hurtful pathetic experience. Wish I could get my money back🥲 I’m so sad 😞

This is a fake company - the number on their website does not work and they do not reply to emails. I ordered a £300 pair of sunglasses, never received. AVOID!

These are fakes. I verified this with Ditas flagship store in LA
I returned them and they wont credit my card back. I followed their policy!

Ordered sunglasses, no order number or email received No sunglasses delivered despite numerous email attempts Emma keeps telling me this will be looked into. Still bo resolution, glasses or refund my patience has ran out and glasses were just under £300. Im in absolute despair. Avoid this company !

European customers BE CAREFUL !

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on June 8th (order number: FL4773). On June 15th, I received an email from the shipper stating that I need to pay €49 in customs duties to receive the package (tracking number: LT011890869GB).

At no point during the purchase process on your website are we informed of any additional costs related to customs duties. On the contrary, the wording used is somewhat misleading, as it states "free shipping."

While I understand that we, as consumers, should perhaps anticipate these fees, one thing is certain: if you had the best interests of your European customers at heart, you would definitely warn us about the existence of these extra charges.

I tried to cancel my order for personal reasons. Emma contacted me and asked why I wanted to cancel. I explained the problem but they went ahead and sent the glasses out anyway. They arrived within a few days BUT THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE. Do not buy from this company. The glasses aren't even good fakes.

All of the frames on this site are copies fake, how is this site still even operating ??? I advice for people to go to their banks.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Frameluxx, and I feel compelled to warn other buyers.
In my experience, items marketed as “original” did not appear to match what was advertised, raising serious concerns about authenticity and misrepresentation.
What is even more alarming is the returns process. The return address listed on their website was not reachable, and there appears to be no fixed, verifiable operating address, making returns effectively impossible. This leaves customers without any realistic way to resolve issues or recover their money.
Customer support was unhelpful, and attempts to resolve the matter led nowhere. The overall experience felt misleading, opaque, and deeply unfair to buyers.
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to exercise extreme caution, do thorough research, and think twice before sending money to this company.

This company has defrauded me of a lot of money, I have had to chase this issues for 3 months now. I have reported them to action fraud. The item that they send me had a different shade of colour and came in tight plastic wrap and bleed through fonts on the material send. An absolute joke and I will take them to court for selling me counterfeit goods labelled as the real deal if I do not get my money back.

Back and forth with these idiots for 2 weeks with them expecting me to pay a fee for return, how stupid do they think I am.

100% this is a scam company. Purchased a pair of Chanel glasses and from the off of opening the box I could see they were fake. Box was shoddy and not neat. Glasses were not in the case but in a plastic bag outside of the case, this is not how Chanel glasses arrive. There is no authenticity card and the glasses don't sit straight on the face or when laid out on a table. The glasses don't fit inside the box they came with so it won't close on them. The glasses are heavy, clunky and smell bad. The box also marks very easily when touched so I know these are fake. The plastic bag it came in has the name of a factory not connected with Chanel and there is no UVA/UVB stickers which is compulsory on all glasses. Emailed asap and the email is bogus, used the web form but I had no confirmation that it went through. Contacted the card company as this is a company selling counterfeit items for sure. Even the booklet that came with it looked cheap and not like the ones I have had in the past from this brand. FAKE FAKE FAKE

Very poor service sent totally wrong sunglasses I then had to pay £6.90 for track and trace to return wrong glasses took 15 days and 3 emails for them to just refund me for the cost of the sunglasses no refund for return item which was not ordered in the 1st place bad service all round would never use this company again.

Terrible service 😡 . I placed an order on 6th of December for £420 and payed the extra for express delivery which stated my parcel will be delivered on the 10th of December. My parcel did not arrive , the tracking number says it’s with Royal Mail I’ve been through Royal Mail and they don’t have my package . I’ve been back & fourth through email speaking to someone called Emma . They had me waiting a week telling me they are waiting on an update from the logistics team . After the first week of not hearing anything back I told them I’m cancelling my order . I got a email 2 days later on the 16th of December saying please wait another 3 to 4 days for delivery . It’s now the 22nd December and it’s still not arrived . I don’t believe my item will be arriving . This site is a scam !! Everyone be aware of this

DO NOT BUY!!! This company is a scam! I have just placed an order 16th Dec & I paid extra for express shipping (1-2days). I should have received my order today, instead I received an email stating that my item has been shipped and will arrive in another 2-3 days! I have paid over £200 for a service which so far has been awful & misleading with incorrect information. The email received is also worrying with a fake tracking link. When you enter the tracking number it automatically states your order does not exist. The number they have provided on their website is not valid. There are many fake reviews on this site but if you go further down you will see the reality. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have reported this company to the authorities as I don’t believe the stock they are selling is authentic. I have not received my order and I believe if it reaches me it will not meet my expectations.
