Huge choice of carpets and the…

Huge choice of carpets and the friendly, professional advice from the staff. Slight fault in the carpet on delivery, which the staff noticed. The fitted the carpet and then replaced it when the new carpet arrived. Alan and his fitters did an excellent job. Will certainly recommend and will use again

Julie from the bishop Auckland branch was absolutely brilliant... Service was 100percent satisfactory from the moment of walking in store to choosing carpet and getting it fitted would highly recommend and will be back for future carpets.
