From our initial contact, installation, through to handover it has been a positive experience.
Straight talking quote and explanation of options, drawings illustrating what our choices would look like, colour samples for our use, in making ready for the install.
Good guys (Ned and Zak) fitting the unit 👍.
Really pleased with the result overall, meets our expectations.

Roy came in May to measure up for cafe…
Roy came in May to measure up for cafe shutters in our bay window. Explained all types of shuttering, slat sizes etc. No rush or pressure salesmanship. Measured everything very precisely as windows and sill not level. Very pleasant. Gave us a10 - 12 week fitting time.
12 weeks later Ned came to fit the shutters. Again very pleasant. Told us it would take about 2 hours to fit, which it did.
Fitted PERFECTLY. Could not be happier.
Would highly recommend Fraser James blinds to anyone thinking of shutters , and any other window covering!

Beautiful product and fabulous service from start to finish. Our Fitter Ned couldn't have been more efficient, tidy and super-cheerful despite one of the hottest days of the year. I used Fraser Blinds based on recommendation and would not hesitate to do the same.

Media Wall
Ned & the guys who worked with him have done a fabulous job, totally transforming our lounge with a lovely Quality looking media wall with acoustic panelling, tv backboard on the wall and a gorgeous unit which houses a very nice fire with 13 different light colours (not that we need the fire right now) too hot 🔥 🥵 honestly a tip top job, professional & friendly throughout and all done in less than 2 days, you've made us very happy guys , cheers 👍

Always efficient fitters who are friendly and get on with the job. This is the second time I have had shutters fitted, previously having the front of the house done. Absolutely love them! Couldnt be happier and I already reccomend them to other people. Very pleased.

Lessons to be learned
We were very happy with the quote we received and were told someone would be in touch within 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks we hadn't heard anything so I messaged and was diverted to installations who only responded when my husband called. Then they said there was availability the next day...we arranged for a few days later. The installer arrived. He put pull cords on the incorrect sides despite clear instructions from us when ordering so had to change those. He wanted to drill in to the window frames which again we had instructed not to. Then when finished my husband spent an hour clearing up after him. That said the blinds do look lovely but think there are definitely some lessons to be learned from our experience

Absolutely amazing company 5*
We moved into a new house and had several different styles and colours of blinds in the house from Fraser James Blinds. From start to finish the professionalism was absolutely amazing. The choice of blinds, colours and styles was something else!! We even had black out pull down blinds fitted behind our shutters in the bedrooms. Absolute game changer. Fitters were chatty, lovely and professional. Would definitely recommend and I’ve had so many compliments on my new blinds. 5*

Rude, intimidating, rude family, do not listen. Rather go to a more established company. They think they are above you so if you have a smaller home don’t bother with a visit

We had shutters fitted in our bay windows in the kitchen. We love them, they really finish our new kitchen off to a high standard. Service was great. We're now considering which windows to choose to do next!
