Lovely product! I would have loved it even more if the wooded frame would be painted with waterproof paint. Other than that, really happy with it!

Slow to arrive, disappointed with quality
The gift was ordered well in advance of Xmas but arrived after and wasn't of the greatest quality when it came.

I am putting 1 star as I can’t go any lower - it would be useful if it was clear on the advertising just how long this will take to arrive. It still hasn’t arrived !!!! If it’s coming from China please say that in the advert and we would not have bothered ordering a a Christmas gift. Terrible service, no idea on quality as haven’t seen it yet. Bit pissed off as didn’t have a special gift for my friend.

Please do not order from this company as the item you receive is nothing like the picture that tempted you to spend your hard earned money. Very poor quality and I was too embarrassed to give the item as a Christmas present, total waste of money, very annoyed and disappointed

Over 2 weeks for delivery, had to chase them and it arrived 2 days later. Nice product but very expensive for what it is.
