Even though it's easier than ever to book travel yourself Freedom Asia makes the whole process so much easier...and not for any more than if we had booked direct.
We had some ideas of a couple of different itineries which they took away and came up with some different options. After a couple of conversations (including been given information from the rep as they had just returned from one of the places we wnated visit), we pinned down exactly what we wanted and everything was sorted. No hassle and nobody pushing us to accommodation or places we weren't bothered about and all to our specified budget (actually they came in under budget and we had to encourage them to find some upgrades).
We had an amazing holiday and will be definitely using them again

What a fantastic company! The whole experience from initial contact to our return from a great holiday was superb. We had just under four weeks in New Zealand, and all the arrangements went like clockwork. From the initial first conversation on our proposed holiday James seemed to understand the level and expectations of our trip. Choosing good locations and tailoring the mileage to suit. Then further tweaked our requirements to include a change to the normal type trip. This was then supplied in a detail itinerary for us to check. Very reassuring and professional

Kate was full of useful information concerning NZ. She couldn’t have been more helpful.
