Helen is very accommodating, friendly staff. She is a nice lady to deal with every time we book our holidays with her assistance!

Lovely friendly staff. Patient and cheerful. Very informative, showing maps and explaining where things are within the resort. Overall a positive experience. I’ve now booked two holidays with you in two months.

Great customer service with some great cruise deals. Second time we have booked with Now Lets Travel and Lisa was extremely helpful.

Luke at the Stockton office was amazing. So polite and respectful. Managed to get us a really good deal. Will definitely be booking with them again

Fantastic service got exactly what I wanted no fuss

The team at peterlee are amazing. We have booked 4 brilliant holidays so far with help from Beth, Mel and Lucy primarily but everyone there has been so helpful. We wouldn’t use any other travel agent now even though they are not local to us.

Very helpful and patient while we choose our holiday

Cherelle the advisor booked our holiday quickly and efficiently. We were pushed for time and this mattered to us. We were happy with the service booking process was smooth and our holiday for next year is booked. Thank you 😊

Very helpful and friendly service when booking our holiday.

Beth, as always, was patient, helpful and pleasant. She gave us a very good deal.
We are regular customers of the Wallsend shop and would highly recommend them to friends

Staff always very helpful and friendly.

Will definitely use Now Let’s Travel again. Steph did our booking and she was fantastic, above and beyond just booking a holiday. Highly recommended.

Sara was lovely to deal with

Always has time and patience to make sure we find exactly what we want. We never feel pressured into booking a holiday.

Always a pleasure to use let's travel Stockton-on-tees branch . Cherell has booked 4 holidays for us this year and was very helpful nothing was too much for her to deal with. Will continue to use this branch in the future
