Nightmare
I have an account with Zen who have partnered with freedom fibre.
I made the decision to move to Zen who are partnered with Freedom fibre end of October & since then Freedom Fibre have had 6 outages, 1 lasting for 2 days. There is no customer services so it is impossible to get any updates on what the issues are. They only work Monday to Friday so if there is an outage at the weekend you are screwed! avoid at all costs

Prompt, friendly and helpful
Sam, the installation engineer, was on time, friendly,, careful, and full of useful advice and information.
My only qualm is that he didn't explain how to pair the router in the absence of a WPS button, but not a big issue after a quick Google.

Damage to shelves and books
In March, we had internet installed through BeeBu (and, we're assuming, Circet), who subcontracted the work to Freedom Fibre Ltd. While the installation itself was completed, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
During the process, the installer broke two shelves, which resulted in significant damage to several brand new books - including signed editions and personally valuable items. The total damage amounted to hundreds of pounds.
We contacted Circet (presumably overseeing the work), but Freedom Fibre Ltd has refused to take any responsibility. Their reasoning? That it’s “impossible to know” if their installer caused the book damage - despite us providing receipts showing when the books were purchased. Also, are we seriously to believe that an installer could snap two shelves and the contents wouldn’t be affected?
To make matters worse, the installer decided to permanently screw in the shelves, even though they were clearly movable - further compounding the damage and making the situation irreversible.
We hired BeeBu expecting a professional service. Instead, we received careless workmanship and a complete lack of accountability from Freedom Fibre. BeeBu, for their part, has not resolved the issue and seems to be distancing themselves from the problem entirely. I haven’t heard back from Circet in over a month.
This has left us deeply disappointed, stressed, and out of pocket. If you're considering using Freedom Fibre Ltd, BeeBu, or Circet, we strongly urge you to think twice - and be prepared to bear the cost of any damage they cause in your home.

Fantastic WiFi Installation – Hassle-Free Experience!
Had my WiFi fitted today and the whole process was completely pain-free from start to finish. Harry was brilliant—really helpful, professional, and made sure everything was set up perfectly with no issues at all. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was happy before he left. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommend!

Very professional and fast service with friendly people. Thanks to Kyle and Harry for today, they set up our new fibre optic connection. Under 30 minutes, they did it all and protected our property from dirt. I recommend them to anyone!

Perfect service
Arrived early (calling first to make sure,) assessed the situation in less than a minute, needed a full new attatchment to the pole in the street. All boxed off in under an hour with no mess. Fully informed throughout. Harry couldn't have done more. Couldn't ask for better.

Can they be trusted?
FF put signs up in our area last July (2024), to say they were installing poles/ readying to provide a service. They said they’d normally start work within 3 months. Numerous emails later, still no poles no service 1 year on. Not a truthful bunch so far.

Install lads were great, no mess, tidy, polite and a special mention for Gan - young man your leaning well and your supervisor gave you great advice which you followed.

Sam the engineer called round today to resolve an issue with the fibre line into our property. Properly nice guy, and got us back online in less than an hour. He arrived a full day earlier than he was booked too, which was more than welcome.
We've been impressed with Freedom Fibre in general since they brought Fibre to our area. Keep up the good work.

Rude Cold Caller, swore at me
Despite having a sign on my door saying no cold callers one of your staff called. I pointed out the sign saying no cold callers he stated that he was a survey engineer, not a cold caller. I said goodbye and closed the door on him and he swore at me.

Avoid. No customer service outside 9-5 and all weekend
Have these guys as my provider through Talktalk. I was given the option of these guys or Openreach as the fibre installer. Chose the local guys in my support for local business. Mistake. I have an Issue with no connection and for some reason Talk talk can only run tests on Openreach, you have to contact Freedom fibre directly to run tests. They are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday so good luck when your service goes down outside these hours. If given the option on which fibre provider you want to your home avoid these guys at all costs, unless you want to explain to the kids why there is no Internet all weekend. Have asked Talktalk to move me over to Openreach, if this is not possible will be cancelling my contract and find another provider that does not use Freedom Fibre. Seriously? Internet service provider that only works 9-5 Monday to Friday, absolute joke. I'm not laughing though.
Edit: Monday 9am spoke to Mohammad who was very helpful. moved my router from the fibre line to my old copper line to check if router issue. luckily I still had the cable required to do this and the copper connection. Internet back on while waiting for the fibre problem to be diagnosed. So if you have a similar problem during the 75% of the week you can not get hold of these guys this may get you back online until you can speak to someone.
