Decent but has some issues
Converting files was a challenge at times, as the quality of the final products often varied between good and mediocre. The service did support a wide range of file formats which is a plus, but my last few attempts left me unsatisfied with the output. On the bright side, the process was fairly straightforward and the website was easy to navigate. There are definitely improvements needed.

Hi Ana, glad the site was easy to use, but sorry your last few conversions didn't come out well. Could you tell us which formats you were converting from and to? Quality can vary a lot between file types, and knowing which ones gave you trouble would help us improve them.

Hi Orestis, sorry the site didn't look right for you. Could you tell us which page or file type you were using, and whether the problem was with the website itself or with the converted image? If you send a quick note to our support team we'll take a look and get it fixed.

I didn't even know about Markdown until 1 file came by. LibreOffice is my goto wordprocessor, support for MD is intrinsic. That said, I really wanted the far richer formatting native LibreOffice ODT provide. Freefileconvert did the job - superlatively!!

Thanks Abhishek, that's a nice way to find out about Markdown! LibreOffice opens MD files fine, but you're right that ODT gives you much more to work with on formatting. Glad the conversion came out well, and you know where to find us next time one turns up.
