The products take a long time and apart from that they do not arrive complete and he made me one and it never arrived

It's been ah month my stuff still haven't came

I received confirmation that my order was accepted and they were getting it ready. That was 20 days ago and I have yet to get any order updates. I have contacted this company 3 times on different occasions and have yet to hear back from them. The 2 pieces of clothing that I had ordered were for a birthday present. Unfortunately this young person will not be getting the 2 items they really wanted for their birthday. I received part of my order (May 28th) since I wrote the first part of this review. I was still charge for the entire amount and have not yet received the other item. I have not had any luck with correspondence with this company. The web site has been down for a couple of weeks. Still one item short that I will probably never see.

I Ordered a skeleton hoodie 3 weeks ago, I just don’t understand I spent my own money, for it and I haven’t even got any updates or anything. The only one I got was saying it was shipped that was about it, but nothing hasn’t even reached my location.

It’s sending emails for me to rate them like I’ve got it already haven’t even been shipped yet no tracking info or anything

I ordered a brown skeleton zip up 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten an email on the tracking information, it sent me an email but the tracking kept saying pending and wouldn’t give me an estimated arrival time, I would like to know when I’ll get my order

Well I ordered this article 3 weeks ago all I keep hearing is because of the pandemic we don’t know when we can get your package to you the tracking of the package tells me it’s somewhere but it doesn’t tell me somewhere in the world where it is and when it’s going to get here so I don’t recommend this company bad communication bad customer service

Where's my order and the tracking number provided doesn't work

It took some time to process my order even though I had already paid for the items. I emailed them and tried contacting them through the website chat and had a response after two. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Maybe they're a young company and I will be a bit more patient. Hopefully, I'll get my items soon.

Scam company, took my money. No conformation email, no shipping or tracking information. No refund given although they promised they would. Do not buy from here.

I really dont know if freenewya is a scam or not i ordered a skeleton hoodie for 38.75$ 4 days ago and have yet to receive a tracking number but they did email me right when i made the purchase so idk if its legit or not so yeah lol it says its under fulfillment so a response would be nice.

I didn’t receive no package and I can’t track in because is say not found…like scam out of 38 dollars…so broke I don’t want the jacket nomore i want my money back with all that scams
