I bought almost a month ago and still has not shipped. I have also emailed with no response from the company

They told me 3 to 5 business days I ordered these on May the 24th and haven't received them yet and they're not answering their emails and the phone goes straight to a buzzing sound so I'm probably just going to let PayPal know that they aren't sending my my order and get my money back it's bull crap I needed these for a certain reason and I don't have them yet they used to be really good about sending them but I can't even get them to message me back buyer beware you may not get anything and lose your money

I’ve bought lenses here a handful of times over the past 3 years. The lenses themselves are fine, but I usually buy at least 2 pairs to get the free shipping and on at least two separate occasions now, they’ve sent me the wrong lenses. They either don’t pay close attention to what they have in stock, or they just don’t bother updating their website, but on this most recent purchase, instead of emailing me that one of the items was out of stock, they substituted another color. It’s a color I’ve tried before and did NOT want, and I would rather have waited until the color I actually purchased was back in stock.
But the most frustrating part of this is that I’ve contacted them twice and they just ignore it.
So, buy at your own risk. You MIGHT receive the item you bought. But if you don’t, you won’t get a refund or have any opportunity to exchange. They’ll take your money and once it’s in their hands, you have a 50/50 chance of actually receiving what you bought.

They promised me a delivery within 7-21 days. Its been 41 days and I have still not recieved anything!!!!!
