One thing that I have to highlight is that Aatif also helped us purchase house insurance that fell outside his responsibility. He worked day and night to help us find a mortgage offer which we struggled with other brokers.
He also recommended us to a property solicitor called Kaleel Ahmed at Betesh Middleton law who did a swift job, yes he started our house process on 22 January and completed it on the 07 February, we got our house keys within 2 weeks, even the property agent was shocked. Both broker and solicitor didn’t let us down and did a splendid job.

As a first time buyer me and my husband didn't have much knowledge on the process and Aatif provided advice on a wide range of topics that some other mortgage brokers would have shrugged off as not their responsibility.
