If diligence is banking a clients £10k savings so that they can pass a means test for legal aid, then yep gold star. And I guess changing dates to change an order after they've been agreed at least shows some reading, so another gold star.

Claudia Price operates with a high level of aggression. I have a stack of letters from her, analysed by a language specialist that verify this. They will be in the forthcoming book! If Claudia Price is highly respected by her peers then shame on them for having no morals or decency standard

Our local branch in Haydock is easy for us to call in and get our forms signed and witnessed. Our solicitors were very professional and went above and beyond to get us moved. Unfortunately the worse experience of my life. Unreliable, unprofessional, ignores emails, change their legal aspect of a simple will, time and time again. Two years later and having to go to another solicitor to carry out my late father’s will. Six months to file a Court of Protection order which they got wrong and had to be reapplied for as they got the procedure wrong. Waste of £6,000, I was warned not to use them by others including local estate agents who actually tell house buyers not to use them at all.

If it were possible I would give Zero stars.
My wife has been trying for several months to get the curtesy of a reply to the many emails asking politely for an update on her late cousin’s estate in which she is a beneficiary. She has given up trying they appear to be deliberately incompetent.
