Everything about this reasonably complicated conveyancing transaction was excellent. The solicitor involved, Joe Calado, had to to deal with a number of issues that could have complicated that exchange, but always offered top quality advice, handled everything completely efficiently with no stress whatsoever, and completed the exchange in a week. The buyers and sellers were extremely impressed. Whilst a little bit more expensive than an online conveyancer, we would have no hesitation, or reservations about going directly to Frodshams again.

I can’t recommend Frodshams enough. They have been brilliant from start to finish of my house purchase. Joe has put up with my first time buyer anxieties and answered any questions I’ve had quickly and clearly.
If I had any suggestions to improve, it would be that it was suggested that I download an app to track my purchase when I first instructed but this wasn’t updated much after the first couple of months.
