Recently received my phone's case from frome.co and it was perfect for my phone and now looking so beautiful. Highly recommended.

I have only bought the phone cases but the first one I bought I guess I clicked the cheaper snap one and not the actual tough one. Come to find out they don’t allow returns on anything. Oh well but both cases I have poor quality control with some parts of the case bending or warping. Outside of that the case is very beautiful

Three are now displayed side by side in our living room, with plans to expand the set. They're fantastic for sparking discussions, and even those who don't recognize the films can still enjoy them as art.

The colors in the phone case are not as vibrant as shown in the pictures on the website. The lines near the camera opening are skewed which detracts from the look of the case. There is also a small white speck on the front. I don’t see wonky skewed lines in any of the case photos on the Frome website so I assume something went wrong when mine was produced. If Frome allowed returns I would send this back for sure.

Was super excited to order this on the website several times jumping back-and-forth on which I wanted how big it was gonna be finally ordered one with a discount for Christmas. I’m so excited we came in. Packaging was fine. Took it out. They use cheap nails cheap, wood picture has no backing….Very disappointed in the production!!! Sadly would not recommend. I hope this was just a one time thing and mine was the one that fell through the cracks.

I ordered my second case from FROME for my iPhone during black Friday. I'm in the UK. It has arrived but the colours are all wrong and do not match website photo or the film (A New Hope).

I've emailed twice and had no response.

I would like a refund but am being ignored.

I’ve been wanting one of these cases for forever, so when they had their Black Friday sale I couldn’t pass it up. Unfortunately when it initially arrived, the case did not match my phone. Olivia and the rest of the Frome team worked quickly and communicated well to help resolve the issue, and now I have a case that fits my phone and my favorite movies with me everywhere I go!!

Ordered three cases - Barbie, Pretty Woman & Bend It Like Beckham. The latter two cases were fine but Barbie was noticeably darker than on the website and the lines towards the bottom crooked and sloped upwards. Sent message and evidence of this - got a response saying that they acknowledged a difference in colours but apparently it wasn't enough to warrant a replacement being sent. There was nothing said at all about the wonky lines, which actually bothered me more than the colours! I've now opened a case with PayPal and attached all evidence of the issue and my conversation with them. Ridiculous given that all they had to do was send another case. I'm not even after a refund. In addition to this, which definitely needs mentioning, is the overall quality of their 'tough' cases. Not as protective at all as other cases in this price range, particularly Casetify and Burga. I'm a phone case addict - I easily have around 100 cases - so I own them from everywhere. Other brands selling tough cases make sure the edges of the case are elevated to provide some screen protection if the phone is placed or even dropped face down. These cases have barely a millimetre of elevation, meaning that your screen will get damaged or smash if you drop it face down. The edges of the rubber are also quite sharp and rough in comparison to Burga cases. My phone is not at all comfortable to hold when using one of these cases. Considering I only purchased during the sale, I'm not too bothered and I'll ensure I don't use these cases when I'm out and about and more likely to need better protection. But for full price? Absolutely not worth it at all. Regardless of whether I get a replacement case or not, I won't be buying from this company again due to questionable customer service and the poor quality of their cases.

My first case arrived with a flaw, but they immediately shipped me a flawless replacement. They were also very thorough about keeping me updated on the shipping. It's already survived a few drops, and the buttons all work nicely.

I bought a case of my favorite movie (Steel Magnolias) it’s beautiful and sleek but the best part of it is it is VERY protective. I dropped my phone from a rollercoaster loop and when I eventually got it, the phone didn’t have a mark on it! As well as the case itself was in pretty good shape! Highly recommend!

My FROME came broken. They sent me a replacement free of charge!

We've purchased a couple cases from Frome. The latest case was for an iPhone 15. It seemed to have an alignment issue with the MagSafe charger so I contacted customer service to see if there was a fix. After sending them a short video demonstrating the issue, they immediately sent out a replacement. The new case works perfectly!
Great cases and helpful, friendly employees. Would definitely recommend this company.
