I am in love with my FROME. It's a conversation piece for me and my friends and now even my friends have ordered but they chose cell phone case :)

I didn't know that anything like FROME existed so was excited when I read about them on Buzzfeed as one of the recommended gifts for 2023. Ordered immediately and I am glad that I got it at the right time for xmas. Good product and colours look better in person.

Cases are beautiful and if you reach out to customer service then they go out of their way to help you out. One of the cases came with crooked lines so reached out to customer service immediately and they shipped me the replacement without any hassle. Keep up the good work Frome.

I accidentally ordered a case for an iPhone 13 instead of a 15 - that's my mistake. I immediately ordered a case for the 15, and when I contacted Frome, I was told that they don't accept returns. When I saw the ad for the cases, part of that language was "30-day returns" - I wouldn't have ordered the case if they specified that they don't take returns. So I'm out $50 for the 13 case. On top of that, I don't like the case for the 15 - the colors are muted, not at all like the colors in the ad, and I don't like the plastic feel of the case. So I'm actually out $100. Don't use this company!

Love the concept of a colour palette! Ordered a canvas for my home theater and it looks stunning. I might need a few more to hang next to each other as done by some of the other customers.

My daughter's favorite movie is "The Princess Bride" so I ordered the canvas as a gift. I placed an order for the incorrect size but contacted their customer service and had one of the best experiences talking to Olivia. She immediately corrected my order and was very kind in her communication. I might order one for myself too.

The canvas came stretched crooked and because the picture is made up of lines it's very obvious. If you're selling framed canvas you'd think stretching them straight would be a priority and you'd have some expertise at it.
Colours are darker than they appear on the internet, doesn't pop the same.
Only had one wall stopper pad on the bottom back corner, instead of one each side.
I left a review on their website but doubt they'll post it, like a lot of these companies they seem to screen their reviews and only post the completely complimentary ones. Not a bad product but wouldn't buy again.

I’m not sure how this company gets anything more than 1star. I haven’t received my order that was placed over 2 weeks ago, UPS says the box was empty so they didn’t deliver it. I have sent numerous unanswered emails to this company. The phone number they put in their emails is not a working number. I can only assume that I have been ripped off by this company because they absolutely won’t respond to my emails.
*UPDATE* Just read this company’s response to my review. I stand by my original review of them. It took 4 weeks to finally get my order. Yes they did finally respond to my emails but only to blame everyone else for their shortcomings in customer service, much like they did in their response to my review. Also, they aren’t even smart enough not to have a package delivered without their branding on it this close to a holiday. Now it is no longer a surprise as to what it is. Stay clear of this company.

I had a mixup with my delivery. Frome was very helpful and corrected the issue quickly. My new phone case is so cool, although it does have a tiny scratch at the bottom. Not a big deal at all.

We Love Our Cases! We Got Shawshank Redemption And Carrie! I Got The Tough Case For The 14 Pro Max And Snap Case For My Husband’s 13. I Kept Seeing Reviews That The Buttons Don’t Work On The 14 Pro Max Cases But Mine Work Just Fine. If I Had To Critique Anything It Would Be They Pick Up Quite A Few Fingerprint, Other Than That I Absolutely Love My Case! Super Well Made And Fits My iPhone Perfectly.

There was a situation where the post office lost my package. Frome was amazingly quick at marking me a new product and getting to me quickly. The cases are beautiful and I was able to find one that made a great tribute to my mother!

The case is terribly designed as you can not press any of the side buttons with it on. This was for the more durable case they offer and it was for the Iphone 14 pro max. I had the smaller case for the 11 pro max before and it worked great and got this one for more protection but it just doesnt work at all. Waste of $60 dollars

I was so excited about this case until I tried to use the side buttons on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. None of them will work at all. I will have to drill out the button pushers on the black rubber base just to be able to use my side buttons. The outer, artistic layer of the case is perfect. The inner rubber black part could have been designed better so that we can use the side buttons of our phones!

The MagSafe faces don’t work. Nothing sticks to it. The $10 case I found on Amazon works 100% better!!

I’ve bought a total of 6 Fromes. They are lovely. Great quality, beautiful to look at, and reality lay inexpensive for what you get. I love that they’ve added music videos now.

About their phone cases…..The phone case itself is gorgeous; however, it doesn’t actually fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I can’t post a picture because it’s on my phone but the case sits right up against one of my cameras and is not evenly spaced as it should be which causes it to bubble slightly at the top. And the case is super thin, I probably should have purchased the more expensive version for more protection, this one is way too thin to protect anything. And it has way too many large, open holes…the top and bottom are nearly completely open except for corner pieces holding them to the phone and both of the side have large openings that expose too much of the phone if it were dropped. Overall, extremely disappointed with this purchase and I unfortunately bought 3.
