I haven’t received my purchase. Nobody trust this company

Just got my sister the perfect gift! 😊 This beautiful chain exceeded her expectations - it's heavier than expected and amazing quality.

Oplichters, ze zouden het binnen 3 tot 5 dagen bezorgen zelfs er nog extra voor betaald en heb nu nog niks

1. Almost a month delivery time.
2. Product is not near to expectation. Names on necklace are not at all visible.
3. Overpriced considering quality.

Overall, not satisfied at all. No more purchases from Frophe.

Order took a LONG time to receive. They have a 30 day return policy, but it takes longer than 30 days to receive the order. Then, I had a serious allergic reaction to the metal in my necklace!! I made several attempts to get a refund or exchange and haven't received a return call or email. That was 3 weeks ago.

I ordered on May 2nd with expedited shipping. A week later, i still haven’t recovered any shipping or tracking numbers. When trying to contact customer service, it’s easier to find a Virgin in a house of ill repute!

Worst place to buy anything.
No customer service. I paid extra for expedited shipping on Feb 4th and I have still not received my order. Save your time and money and avoid this garbage company.

1. Wurden bei beiden Bestellungen meine Adresse beim Versand falsch angegeben obwohl ich bei der Bestellung die richtige Adresse angegeben habe
2. Wenn man eine E-Mail an das Kundenservice schreibt bekommt man nicht einmal eine Antwort
3. Die Sendungsverfolgung ist auch nicht korrekt.

I was hesitant to order from Frophe at first. My ring arrived on time and looks exactly as expected. The quality is pretty good, and the personalization makes it even more special.

I ordered a necklace for my friend's birthday, and it arrived a little later than I expected. It wasn't a major issue, but I'm always concerned about shipping times when shopping online, especially from sites I haven't used before.

Absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from this company. It is one hundred percent scam. I paid 8 dollars extra to receive the item within 5 business days for someone’s birthday. It has been 13 days, and I have not received the item yet. Their delivery tracking site is also one big scam because it showed me that item should be here 6 days ago, but the screen and delivery information keeps changing. The company is in China and I had no choice but to dispute the claim today after 13 days. I have to wait for my bank and I ended up buying another gift

This necklace is so cute and it seems really well-made. My daughter's acrylic one broke, but I think this one will last much longer. She's thrilled to have a necklace with her name on it.

This business is very bad! They don't communicate with customers and don't answer emails, specially when you ask for refund.
They are fake, deliver damaged product and steal you money. Return policy is a lie bcs when you try to return product, they just ignore you.

A) This company is in China
B) I paid $7.99 for 3-5 day, expedited shipping. I received the product 16 days after the order was made
C) I asked 2x for a refund of the $7.99 and received no response and no refund
D) The product was purported to be sterling silver. It is not.

The necklace was fine. My issue is that I paid extra for 3-5 business day shipping so it would arrive a few days before Mother's Day. It arrived 13 days after I ordered it. 5 days after Mother's day. I asked for a refund of the express shipping, but the email just say, and I quote: "Your order has been delivered. Please check your inbox. Thank you."

I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a replica of my personalized necklace, and I was even complimented the first day I wore it!

The necklace was great, but it took over 3 weeks to get it shipped to me. Was only supposed to take 8 days.

The family bracelet I just purchased is perfect in everydetail, the color of the birthstone is eye-catching, and everyone in the family loves it.

Writing on the pendant was a little smaller than I expected but otherwise it was fine product.

There was a lot jewelry to choose from. Great selection. And great in price.
