Necklace itself is great. The only complaint is the time from ordering to receiving was a little too long.

Very nice necklace, very happy with it.

Do NOT buy anything from Frophe, the items looks NOTHING like the pictures. The necklaces I bought have so many flaws and they just look cheap (not 18 k gold plated nor sterling silver as promised), and you would think they were made by a kid. Frophe also refuses to give a refund so unless you want to spend money on something that is not wearable do not purchase from Frophe. They have only good reviews on their website 'cause the reviews has to be approved by them before being published.

No regret, from starting online to delivery, I could not have asked for a better experience. And the wife just loved it ans shows it off every chance she gets. thank you

It is beautiful. I wish the names had been printed larger though. Everyone says how pretty it is and then once they actually stare at it in their hand, they notice the names on it. I think there was plenty of room to make the names larger and more visible. Other than that , I absolutely love it.

Terrible misleading order on 5/4/23. Did not recieve as promised . Not told their shipping wouldn't dealer for mothers day. I would not do bussiness cause they gave false hope product would be recieved. Recommend to take your bussiness elsewhere. Should have told me that they wouldn't guarantee dealer . Now Mothers day without gift. Shameful

I ordered two necklace one for
Me and one for my friend at The same time i did The order and pay it The same time then i just get one necklace witch is mine but i need my friends necklase because of her birthday. I wrote and wrote and emailed them and There is no answer. So no necklase or no money back !!!! And no answer

Ordered a necklace via priority service and paid extra for it.
It should be with me within 5 - 7 days. Now we have ten days since the order and it's still in China.

If you would like your order to arrive on time and to not have to keep chasing customer services, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
The company don't notify you when you buy the product it will take at least 5 days to make, which in my opinion they should. So when you pay for an item to arrive in 3-5 days factor this in. Mine actually took 19.
So despite paying extra for business class shipping my order was almost 2 weeks late. When I asked where my item was I was told told to wait! I've asked for a refund but thus far this has been unsuccessful.
Safe to say I won't use this company again.

TODAY I RECEIVED WRONG NECKLACE SECOND TIME WHAT I ORDERED, IT WAS REPLACEMENT FIRST ONE!!! AND JUST NOW I SAW IT ITS FAKE NOT STERLING SILVER!!! THEY DIDN'T ASK TO RETURN WRONG ONE.. BECAUSE IT'S WORTH NOTHING - CRAP :) DON'T TRUST THIS SITE-COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!
