Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts, we appreciate all feedback, both negative and positive.
I am very sorry that we sent an incorrect colour zip. This wasn't intentional as we did have the colour you ordered in stock. Following your email I have emailed several times and I have also sent the correct zip with Royal Mail 24 but we still haven't heard anything back from you.
I hope the replacement zip arrived quickly and that you might have been able to pass on the item we sent by mistake to a local charity shop if you weren't able to use it for yourself.
Sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
