Easy to order with quick delivery
Easy to order with quick delivery, water sponge did a great job of removing water contamination from heating fuel, would have been better if it were able to remove a larger volume of water, but does what it's required to do.

The web site was easy to use. Also the estimated Time for delivery was spot on. Overall a really good experience especially as the kit I ordered was also spot on. Would definitely recommend your company.

Misleading prices
Selected several items that I wanted to buy at the prices shown on the web page and as I put them in my basket the total cost was much higher than shown on the web page. It stated at the basket stage that the prices didn’t include vat but the web page states that the prices include vat. Also the UPS delivery was £11 plus ! Very exepensive. At the most Amazon never charge more than £4 approx. I want a refund of some of the delivery charge and the overcharge on the items bought. No notification given about a delivery date either. A very poor purchase experience.

Very helpful
Very helpful. I made a mistake with my initial order and they were happy to refund me (less the carriage, which is fair enough) and supplied me with what I required from stock within two days. Top Stuf.

An excellent supplier, only an expensive product prevented perfection.
The ordering process was simple and easy to use whilst delivery was speedy, much faster than I had anticipated. Price was a little expensive I.e. over £10.00 for three tiny indicator balls.
