Been with Fuelmate for quite a while. Whenever I have had an issue, a driver has lost a card and it needs stopping, or when I thought I had an issue with an invoice, they sorted out the issues, quickly.

I have what they call an online Portal, where I can see what I'm paying on a route map at different fuel stations, and can order or stop cards, which is easy to use.
I like the team there, and it doesn't seem too big as a company, as I always talk to the same people.

The service they provide when contacting them is second to none.

They customer service officer, Tracey, provides an excellent service, with nothing being too much trouble.

Finally an honest and trustworthy fuelcard supplier. In an industry rife with bad businesses practice's it's refreshing to have a company doing what is best for their customers and putting the customer first.

An easy company to work with, always a quick response on the phones and nothing is ever to much of a problem. When I have a new vehicle on our fleet the new fuel cards are sent within 24 hours.
