Amazing customer service and large inventory of top notch clinician-approved supplements for my patients. So thankful for this one stop shop (better than Amazon for quality control and vetted formulas).

From what I see they have no customer service. Just some stupid Ada chatbot. I was going to place a big order today. Thankfully Amazon has it all. It's a little more expensive, but Fullscript doesn't deserve my business.

Account recovery
I had an account with Fullscript and I tried to get back on it. Unfortunately I tried to start a new one which did not work. I first tried to work through with the automated help which suggested dealing with an agent. The person I got to deal with was very helpful and discovered that I had a email address change. My ordering mistake
I was helped by Hailey and I give her 5 stars. She figured out what to do right away. However, not being able to find a phone number or a way to contact someone about my mistake was crazy! I looked everywhere on the website and finally googled how to call Fullscript or how to reach customer service . That is nuts!

I have been with Emerson & Natural Partners for over 20 years. They have merged together to become Fullscript. The only reason they only got 4 stars is there was a product they didn't have that I needed. AND the person who helped me, walked me through how to get a "new product request" They will for sure get 5 stars if we can make this happen. I really love only having to go to one place to order all that I need. Thank you!

Long time satisfied customer
We have been purchasing from Emerson Ecologics for several years and never have any complaints. The products are of high quality, the shipping (even the non expedited shipping) is fast and usually arrives in 1-3 days, and the customer service is amazing. Bron assisted us on a call the other day and he went above and beyond to make certain that all our questions were answered. Very satisfied with his top notch level of customer service.
