I almost didn't buy from fullypaid when I looked at the reviews but I'm glad I did as the tracksuits are of good quality and suits me really well and delivery was quick too. I love it! Now I'm gonna get another one for my girlfriend because she loves it too.
Refund refused due to promo code
Order arrived on time, but I requested a refund within 24 hours after realising the item wasn’t suitable. The item was unused, clean, and still had all tags attached.
I was refused a refund solely because I used a promotional code provided by the company and was told my only options were an exchange or gift card. This restriction was not clearly disclosed at checkout.
Denying refunds on unused items because a promo code was applied feels intentionally misleading and designed to prevent customers from getting their money back. This experience has completely undermined my trust, and I would advise others to think carefully before ordering.

Poor quality and non existent customer…
Poor quality and non existent customer service. Bought my so a baby blue tracksuit for Christmas. Its been work twice, and washed once.. followed full care instructions and hung dry but all the emblem and art work has peeled off. Looks terrible... from the reviews it looks like this is a common problem. Ive tried to contact them for over a week but had absolutely no response. Very unhappy teenager who is gutted that his tracksuit is essentially ruined.

Poor quality and poor customer service
Poor quality and poor customer service. I bought a tracksuit and washed once per the instructions - all of the white design turned pink and the white strings turned blue. Now completely unwearable and a waste of £120. Contacted customer service regarding this issue and no response.

Really disappointed by this company
I spent £136 on tracksuit and delivery.
Ordered as a Christmas gift. However it was too small.. I requested an exchange, however, I was declined as it was out of the 14 day returns. I explained that it was a Christmas gift ( surprise) and couldn't have tried it to return... thinking they would be as decent as other companies with Christmas returns i was again told no.
Now sitting trying to sell on vinted at a loss and no one wants to buy.
Avoid this company

£150 black tracksuit washed once as per the label. All the white writing and the white string has changed colour. Do not waste your money ,there is better quality out there. Never had this issue with any other item of clothing and judging by the reviews Im pretty sure I won't get a refund

First and last time buying from fully paid.
Order a hoodie and joggers set.
Tried the joggers on which were too big so didn’t bother opening the hoodie as it was a set. Returned both to then be accused of removing the tag off the hoodie. Got half a refund and the hoodie sent back to me with the tag placed on top of the hoodie. Idk how I could have possibly removed the tag if I didn’t even open the hoodie in the first place.

I would give zero stars if it was an option I ordered two tracksuits. I followed the washing Instructions on the label however after one washed the logos had all started peeling I have since been emailing back-and-forth for over a week trying to get a refund. They have now gone quiet, and I’ve stopped replying to me. awful customer service Terrible quality of clothes would not bother wasting your money!

Poor quality
Poor quality. Tried to make contact numerous times with no reply until I took to their instagram page, I was asked to remove my comments. I was later contacted by the owner who promised to send out a new tracksuit, nothing came. I chased it around 3-4 times more with false promises and nothing came. Popular because owner seems to have unlimited money for Advertising and links to famous people to give free tracksuits to but can’t look after his own customers. I honestly would not bother.

Honestly a joke I bought a tracksuit for £130 after washing it once the colour changed on the logo to a red/pink it was completely off. I emailed them they literally go nothing we can do absolutely useless the customer service. Will definitely not be purchasing again. !!avoid at all cost!!

green jersey top
I ordered the green jersey top. When the top arrived it was completely different colour than described on the website. I have dmed before asking if they’re going to restock and they confirmed without making it known that it’s going to have green writing rather than gold.
Now I’m told I need to go out my way to pay for a return, even though this clearly isn’t my fault why am I paying for a return label? I know it’s only going to be £3 but the way I’ve waited 2 months for a restock to basically be told “oh well” is a joke
