Angie at the Farnborough branch was perfect in every aspect of our sad journey to saying goodbye to my mother and Ian our Celebrant was the most wonderfully warm and understanding person projecting his voice softly yet coherently for all to hear … we can’t thank Ian and the Farnborough team enough for their kind understanding at such a vulnerable time.

The Co-operative Funeralcare at Gosport
The Co-operative Funeralcare at Gosport were excellent. All of the arrangements went without a hitch, and they dealt with nearly everything. There was an issue with the registration, and they helped me resolve it. On the day the team were immaculately turned out, ready before time and very respectful. The Head Mourner was really helpful and sympathetic and everything went smoothly. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Emily in the office was very friendly
Emily in the office was very friendly , thoughtful and helpful . But there was an ongoing discussion about the bearers . I had spoken to Al at the sustainability centre and was very confident we could manage everything with his support and without bearers. However on several occasions it was insisted that we had bearers ( and paid for them ) even though on the day they did nothing and were sent away as soon as possible . this caused uneccessary expense and upset at an already difficult time .

A very professional aftercare service…
A very professional aftercare service for my lovely mother by Jane and the team that was seamless and allowed me to manage all my family affairs remotely due to not living in the area. This made life far easier with everything that is required.
