Poor Communication
I ordered my watch in November and still have not received it due to customs in the US. I have received very little help from customer service at Furlan Marri - communication is "to be patient" and that a case has been filed, but i received no further information about that case. Last time I emailed them they told me to stop emailing because I would get to the "bottom of the queue".

We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced, and we truly understand how disappointing this situation must be. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re sorry that the delay and communication have caused concern.
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the delivery and customs process are unfortunately managed independently from us. That said, we want to reassure you that we are doing everything possible on our side. A case has been opened with DHL, and we are actively following up with them to ensure the shipment is released and delivered as soon as possible.
We also apologise if any of our previous messages came across as insufficient or unclear. Our intention has always been to help, and we appreciate your patience during what has been an unusually long process. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you informed as soon as we receive updates.
