After reviewing the shipment history, we can see that the package remained at a FEDEX facility for nearly two weeks awaiting either pickup or the arrangement of a new delivery attempt. During this period, FEDEX was expected to contact you to organize one of these options before the package was returned to us.
Unfortunately, the management of delivery attempts and communication with recipients is handled directly by the carrier and is outside of our control.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially as this was a piece you were really looking forward to receiving. Should you decide to place another order in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you and provide any support we can to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.

We understand your surprise regarding the shipping origin. However, we would like to clarify that this information is clearly stated on our website: while some of our watches are manufactured in Switzerland, our Mechaquartz collection is manufactured in Hong Kong.
This choice is primarily based on logistics and efficiency, as the Mechaquartz movements used in these models originate from Japan. Manufacturing and shipping these watches from Hong Kong allows us to streamline the production process while maintaining the quality standards and attention to detail we expect for every Furlan Marri timepiece.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarification helps provide more context about our production choices.

Regarding the import taxes, these are clearly indicated during checkout and are determined by the customs and tax regulations of the destination country. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and are not set by us.
