I loved the watch
I loved the watch, the detailed design; however, my issue was with the shipping. I tried to cancel the extra strap after i just placed my order, but FM team didn't help. To ship it back again to Hong Kong, i needed to pay a shipping fee higher than the strap cost itself.

We’re sincerely sorry again for the inconvenience regarding the strap and the return shipping cost. We understand how frustrating that situation can be. As an international brand, return shipping fees can unfortunately be high depending on the destination, and once an order is processed very quickly after being placed, modifications or cancellations can sometimes be difficult.

I was very disappointed in the quality…
I was very disappointed in the quality of the straps which did not match the original. The watch strap came from Hong Kong and looks cheap, and took ages to arrive. Very disappointed!

Our straps are coming from one of our logistic center in Hong-Kong and we are working actively to reduce delays.
However, we work with the same partner for our accessories line as we do for the straps included with our watches. Our leather is sourced from either France or Italy and we are using different types of finishes (such as soft or textured) and vary the thickness depending on the specific bracelet, which can influence the overall perception.

The watch was amazing and unique, one thing that didn’t let me to have a better experience was the shipment procedures. Since the owner is Saudi i believe the company should make more effort in golf region.
