Perfect quality and fit, beautiful material and Colors…my Little Yorkshire terrier places its head forward to jump in and growls when I want to remove it… it looks like he considers it’s a part of him, I assume it must be extremely comfortable to wear :)

Great Surprise, but No Response for Exchange

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my Furmey order in beautiful packaging, along with a lovely toy. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I based my choice on a Furmey sweater in size 6, but unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake.

I'm having trouble reaching Furmey to exchange the jacket for the correct size. I sent an email on February 3rd, but I have not received a response yet.

Can someone help me with this? Thank you in advance!
