This is the second clock sent that gains about an hour every three. Perhaps I should leave the battery out and then at least it will be right twice a day. Very poor quality product. Presumably I'm going to have to write another 14 emails to get my money back.

Contacted your CS with regards to a cushion cover with a faulty zip, unable to move it.
Sent clear photos of the cushion as requested.
Was contacted again and asked to supply a video,I rang and spoke to Becky,I said I was surprised a video was needed as the zip won't move as per pics and I wasn't sure how I could hold a zipper and a camera,she said,"can't someone help you?'
So much drama over a £10 cushion cover,which is part of a set,so I simply wanted replacing.
I cannot believe so much drama over a faulty zip which is only a couple of months old, receipt available.
It seems Furn/Riva are not very customer friendly and made me feel like some sort of scammer,over a cushion cover.
Why would I want to say it was faulty if it wasn't,I don't know?
The original photos are very clear and showed exactly the problem.
The CS rep Becky was not helpful in my opinion.

Obsessed with the bedding I ordered from here I'm so fussy too. I ordered the serpent duvet also just ordered some Broadway curtains love them...

Ordered two duvet covers (Constellation Celestial and Deck the Halls) and a set of pillows from the website. Washed both duvet covers before using them. After the wash, the Constellation Celestial one (navy blue/bronze) faded and looks like I've been using it for years and years; whereas the Deck the Halls one came apart at the seams in one corner (about the length of a hand). As for the pillows, one of them came out of its packaging with a black smudge on it. I've contacted their customer service and they have gotten back to me quickly, offering either a full refund for items returned or a 20% refund for keeping them. I have also left 3 star reviews for all items on their website with pictures for each, which they haven't published and I suspect won't since all other reviews seem to be glowing 4 and 5 star reviews. I had liked the furn duvet cover sets I had previously bought from Dunelm and when Dunelm lost the Deck the Halls duvet set while shipping, I thought I'd try my luck with furn directly. Now I am very reluctant to shop from them again. Buy with caution.

Beware if you use both a multibuy saving and discount code in the same order (on different items) - if you return something not included in the multibuy offer, you will only receive a refund for the item less the % saving you made on the OVERALL order. Thus, I have returned an item which I saved 10% on and have received a refund for almost 17% less than its value. This defies logic and the responses I received from customer service were condescending at best.

Ordered 2 cushions Saturday evening and they arrived today. The are beautiful, great quality. I went for the feather infill and I’m glad I did as they are heavy and sit really nicely. Would definitely order from this company again. Good communication throughout transaction. Happy customer thank you.

Terrible customer service- don’t buy from them - I have ordered cushions worth £80 which have been delivered somewhere else and now they are asking me to reorder them or collect the cushions from the address which is 50 miles away - an absolute joke !!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a bedspread from this company. I opened and washed it and to my shock when I put it on my bed it was hard as cardboard..I kept washing it again in conditioner. I messages furn to tell them that I am unhappy with the product and they basically said that they wouldn't do anything about it. No tips to soften it, no refund or exchange, no apology. The customer service representative basically made me feel like I should have 'known' that this would be poor quality because the item was described as casual use. Even if so, it shouldn't be this horrible to sleep on. Waste of money.

Purchased six cushion covers in November 2021 - four months later they have bobbled and one has lost all its colour after washing (as per the instructions)! Contacted customer services to complain to be told that nothing could be done given the length of time that had passed! They are 4 months old! Clearly poor quality and will not be recommending!

Ordered a couple of cushion covers, they are really nice. Reasonable price and good decoration pieces.

Even though this is a basic range it is horribly scratchy, makes your skin itch and is as hard as cardboard. Tried washing with conditioner but wouldn't help. Emailed customer service and they weren't much help either and said I basically should have expected this level of quality which I completely didn't.

Fantastic company, would highly recommend. Found some curtains I loved in another store but they didn't stock the matching cushions so traced it back to the designers at Furn and ordered both curtains and cushions together. I made a mistake in my order, got straight through to customer service who fixed it immediately. Delivery arrived earlier than expected. They couldn't have been a better company to deal with.

Furn.co.uk is a site specialising in bedding, cushions, curtains and throws. I'm writing this because you see their bedding designs on lots of other sites claiming ownership. When I had an online query they took the time to ring me back. I ordered a duvet set and cushions which were amazingly cheap. I'm really happy with the product, OK the cotton isn't the softest but the fabric is tough, hard wearing and easy to clean and the design looks so good. The whole bedroom looks transformed and at a fraction of the price of other stores. Would highly recommend.
