Great products! Highly recommend. I have a television unit and a radiator cover that match perfectly. I’ll be buying again. Delivery was super quick and efficient and both products were easy to assemble. The products are heavy, durable and sturdy - exactly what I was looking for. Not flimsy or cheap quality at all. The picture was showing dark grey. But we have received the product with light grey. We are not happy with the colour.

To be honest, if I could give a no star reveiw I would have, they're not worth any stars!
After buying 3 radiator covers from this company which were not cheap! The covers are now cracking and the glossy surface on them is shrinking and looking awful. I did e mail the company and I wasn't rude at all, just explained about what had happened. They replied to say it must be from mis use! Well how the hell do you mis use a radiator cover? After all they are made to go over a warm radiator and believe me , we do not have our rads on high, so not hot at all, and then only for a short time in the day, as too expensive to keep on continually. I sent them pictures of the damage but they were not interested at all and have not replied to my other e mails at all...how ignorant! Its not a way to treat good customers.
If you're thinking of buying from this company, just be aware that if you have any problems with things, you won't get your money back or any response, so steer clear. Take a look at the other negative reviews on here.

Item arrived and was left by their courier in the tain, and soaked. Tried speaking to the company who will only say if I build it and its damaged (even by water) they will not accept it back. I can't return it as the packaging was soaked, and tbh, I wouldn't trust them to give me my money back anyway. Now I'm stuck, hoping my product hasn't taken on water.

Customer service is the worst ive experienced in years. Shame, as there were other items I wanted to buy from them, but won't be now.

Avoid these, of you have any issues, they will do there best to not help out and cause issue. I mean, look at the other 1 Star reviews. All customer service related and damage related.

Furniture is well built and easy to put together, delivery was very quick. Quality cabinet for a good price.

Horrible customer service.

The item I ordered arrived broken and I was offered to return it for free. I booked a pick up slot and took the day off work so I could hand the two very heavy parcels to the courier. When nobody showed up I contacted Furneo to let them know that they need to rebook the collection. I was told the courier attempted collection and no one was available at the property. I have 24/7 CCTV and a ring doorbell and can show that nobody attempted to collect the parcels. I am assuming that the driver went to the wrong address which is clearly not my fault.

However, Furneo is now insisting for me to not only carry two very heavy parcels (I am a female suffering from an autoimmune disease and should not lift heavy things) to my car but also drive 20 miles to the next Parcelforce depot to drop the parcels. There was no apology, no empathy and their responses are infuriating simply referring to their returns policy. I have not been treated this badly in a very long time.

I honestly cannot recommend using this company. I will certainly never buy here again.

We have recently purchased two Clifton05 cabinets to fit under the windows in our spare room. All parcels were delivered within 2 days and everything was very well packed, excellent instructions and cabinets were a perfect fit for the area.Love the push to open feature as did not want handles. Doors were slightly out of alignment so we contacted Furneo and they explained that hinges have to be adjusted on the doors and that fixed the issue :D Love the units!

Poor Customer Service I’m afraid my problem was easy to sort but they never bothered 😕 All pieces were checked,it was only when the protective plastic was removed did I notice the end panel was chipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not interested if there is a problem with your product. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The product I ordered is amazing, reliable & best market value. I'm fully satisfied with first experience. They're selling on Multiple websites but I suggest to order directly from their website for a great deal.

Fake reviews on there items on website when I put a 1 star on wedsite it got taken down and got a fake 5 star one defo don’t buy from here Alful place item arrived broken and didn’t replace it got told no it’s only a small crack it fell apart on me £500 wardrobe down the pan

Contacted this company and went to their warehouse to pay for and collect my sofa. Got home and unwrapped it and it was the wrong colour. Contacted them via messages to advise and they said I could go back to them and change it. I had to hire a van, pay for fuel and travel an hour and a half to get this sofa. I refused and said this was their error and they needed to deliver the correct colour sofa and take this one away. They refused to do that and said 'no returns' despite this being their error. They then blocked me so I could not contact them anymore.
This company is awful, I'm now left with a sofa I do not want and £700 out of pocket!
