What a wonderful company to deal with.
My sofa was delivered timeously at 6.30am as I had said I was not home all day.
One of the legs broke during a move and I asked if a new one could be sent to me, expecting to pay the delivery/postage. I received the leg with no charges for the replacement or the delivery.
Great Service, Great Customer Care and just a dream to deal with.

Fantastic experience. They went above and beyond to ensure if i placed an order, that it would get to me by the time i needed it. It was a short timeframe and arrived well in advance. Great quality and exceeded expectations. I'm not usually one for writing reviews but felt this was needed as the service really stood out. 10/10

Delivery was running a little late due to absence but the guy who delivered it was great . Professional and courteous but more than that jolly and helpful . We ordered the chair on the Sunday and it was ready to be delivered by the Wednesday however we wasn’t able to receive that day but two days later it was here great service very reliable

Competitive, robust and fit for purpose in a strong chocolate fabric covering, this Luxor three piece suite was exactly what we were looking for at our holiday property.
And, it was delivered, on time, only days after ordering. But, what impressed us most, was the after sales service we received after realising a mistake in our specification. We doubted our error could be corrected - but thankfully it was - for which Furniture For Less must take full credit and our grateful thanks.

We recently bought a sofa but found it a little too hard so requested an exchange. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and understanding and recommended a new sofa that fitted with our requirements and price range.
Also big thanks to the friendly delivery men who work so hard!

I purchased my sofa around a year and a half ago, in that time we had a new sofa delivered twice to us within around 1-2 months of purchase due to it breaking and the sewing on the arm of the sofa coming loose, we’ve also had a repair on our sofa in August last year however it has now broken again in the same place. The quality is so poor and I wish I never picked this sofa and went elsewhere.

Within just four months of purchase, the sofa began sagging significantly. Although you arranged for someone to come out and repair it, the exact same issue returned in the same place only one month later.

It then took a further seven months for another visit to be arranged, at which point I was informed that the issue is due to a manufacturing fault.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the sofa and the level of customer service I have received throughout this process. I purchased a new sofa expecting it to be of satisfactory quality, yet it has not been fit for purpose since only a few months after purchase.

The communication from your company has been poor, the delays have been unacceptable, and the overall experience has been extremely frustrating.

I recently purchased an Oakland corner sofa, prior to the purchase I wanted to see it in person. I asked the question via email and the were more than happy to oblige. I went to the the warehouse and the built up it right in front of me. Now that’s customer service . The delivery guys came on time with a courtesy call 30 mins prior and were brilliant. 5 star service from everyone.

We are so impressed with our Linden 2 x 3 seater electric recliner. They are so well made and comfortable but supportive at the same time.
The company are so helpful and approachable. I intend referring this family run company to others plus using them again for our personal use. Delivery men were careful and polite.
