Always sceptical about flat packes but this one is well made and of good quality materials I am very happy with my unit good seller but there was a backlog so it didn't come quick about three weeks but hopefully that's not the normal waiting time !

Bought this item for a spare room. Ideal size as didn't want a big wardrobe. Will be just right for when visitors are staying.
Good quality. Easy instructions to follow. Need a bit of room when putting together. I managed easily enough to build it while hubby out at golf!
Have not fixed it to a wall (optional) as it may need to be moved. Quite sturdy. Would recommend this item.

Due to shielding, it took me some time to get someone in to assemble the item (I hadn't realised it would be so extremely heavy when I bought it). Then the manufacturing faults became obvious - door hangs too low, gaps in the wood, some shelves fit and others don't, generally unstable. To be fair, the response from customer service is prompt and polite but they and the 'manufacturer' have ignored consumer law and insisted I should have assembled it and complained within 14 days. I've been offered replacement parts, which would mean getting someone in to take it apart and reassemble it again, plus the faults are multiple so I don't really have faith that it will be as it should, even then. It's very poor that they haven't considered the time/shielding constraints involved for someone to assemble this very heavy item during the pandemic and then expect me to carry the extra costs involved to resolve it their way.

Purchased a mirror glass TV unit that probably isnt unique but its out of the ordinary and far less plain than the choices elsewhere on Ebay and Amazon etc. for just a little more money. Delivery was as promised very quick and in line with the advice that the usual 5 day delivery could be 7 due to COVID. far more reliable than Ebay or Amazon promises. Furniture Row will stay on our place to go for furniture in the future

Moved into my new house at the start of lockdown and didn’t really have a chance to decorate as everything was shut. Spoke to Ricky on live chat who actually helped me pick a range of furniture for each room in the house based on my taste. I’ve continued to use furniture row, as someone with impulse taste and short levels of patience the quick delivery is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of modernising their home.

I asked for assistance from Claire with an order I wished to place but I didn’t know when I would be able to make it. She maintained contact with me and assisted over a prolonged period until I managed to place my order. Very helpfull!!

I liked a set of matching bedside drawers and then found the whole range to match!

It did say 5 days and arrived in 7. But with Covid I can swallow that. The assembly instructions were good until I split coffee on it!

However I live spoke to a member of your team and sent me an email for new instructions pretty sharpish. Very happy indeed
