The initial meetings were very positive and professional, which gave us confidence in moving forward with our purchase. Unfortunately, everything that followed did not reflect that same standard.

From the outset, the process was plagued with delays and excuses, with the blame repeatedly placed on “manufacturing issues.” What was initially expected to be a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating 6-month wait for delivery.

When the garden furniture finally arrived, one of the pieces had been ordered the wrong size and completely unsuitable for our space. This only added to the frustration. Despite raising the issue immediately, we were met with more excuses and the promise of the piece being reordered

Now, nearly 10 months after placing the original order, we are still left with an incorrect sofa that we cannot use. While the company did respond to messages, it was always reactive—only replying when we chased them for updates, rather than proactively keeping us informed.

The entire timeline and handling of this order have been totally unacceptable. We would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

Saw the sofas advertised online and contacted Hampton Row. They were very responsive and helpful sending lots of photos and details about the sofas, and it was great to have a point of contact. Brought the sofas without seeing them in person, and they didn't disappoint! They looked even nicer in real life and felt like a good price. Only removing 1 star due to a confusing shipping process but otherwise highly recommend!

Tom went above and beyond to make things right when the sofa we received was not the same size as listed. At first, we were quite unsatisfied with our purchase, but he quickly moved to make things right. He replaced the sofa with another better option for us and for the same price. He even delivered the sofa personally so we could receive it sooner. We are happy with our purchase and are grateful for the great customer service.

We have problems with deliveries on the West Coast of Scotland..folks don't realise we are only 1.5 hours from Glasgow.
Having spotted the sofa style I wanted in fabric I contacted Tom. On reflection I decided leather would be the wiser option with 2 Springers! So delighted that Tom had the style I loved in stock in leather!
He offered to deliver it personally as his usual courier was unavailable. Tom not only delivered but unpacked all the protective packaging, fixed the legs in place & positioned our sofa in its new home. Delighted with pre delivery prompt communication & the quality of our 'Walter' sofa. Will recommend & buy again for sure!

My sofa was sourced and delivered within a few days; it’s beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was seamless. The sofa was delivered, unpacked, packaging removed and they even took away my old sofa. I highly recommend this business so please do not hesitate to try them. Firstly very pleased with the product - but the process and service was outstanding - we only chose the sofa 3 days ago from the Hampton Row website and it’s already been delivered, installed, rubbish removed and old sofa taken away.
Faultless really, won’t hesitate to recommend.

I love my Hampton Row Egg Chair – it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve bought for the garden. It’s really comfy, perfect for chilling with a book or coffee, and it looks so stylish too.

It’s also practical – easy to move around, durable, and the cushions are great quality. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something that’s both cosy and looks good in your outdoor space.
